Overall stay was good. Rooms were clean, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. This hotel advertises a free shuttle to and from the airport. Once landing in Orlando no matter how many times I tried to call the front desk to request a shuttle be set over, the phone was never answered. Thus resulting in an Uber costing a silly amount of money for an under 3 mile ride. We were at their mercy. Once we arrived the front desk clerk appeared to not care at all at the inconvenience this caused. Although it was minor, the service received was little to none. Breakfast was good, and the front desk clerk in the morning was much more pleasant and enjoyable.

Once of the lights aside of the bed was missing the bulb covering and the tub was dirty. Unfortunately, we didn't inspect the bathroom upon our arrival as we wanted to enjoy the few hours we had left in the area. The dirty shower was discovered upon needing to use it in the morning.
