I enjoyed it!

The king room was nice and spacious. Everything was relatively clean and there were signs of aging and rust in the room, but the hotel lets you know with several signs that they are undergoing renovations lol. The pool area was great and I like the option for laundry for someone staying for longer, even though mine was not. Good hotel stay and even better for the price

Poor condition of hotel and renovations left me un

There was a sign at the entrance stating as of May 2024, they were under new management and would be renovating. Even though the front desk staff were pleasant, the one clerk totally ignored me at arrival. Both Saturday and Sunday was awaken by construction noise before 9am. Elevator near my room broke down on Saturday morning. Pool looked nice so if they get their act together it might be a decent hotel. Right next to I-4 but sound only bothered me Saturday night when the hot rods were out racing their engines.

The biggest problem that I had was the fact that they waited until after 3:00 to do a shift change and made everybody sit in the lobby and wait until they were done now in my opinion it should have started at 2:30 to be done by 3:00 so that everybody could be able to get into their rooms and do what they needed to do before the evening comes up also I really think that you need to have a talk with your employees about let's just say making fun of guests who were upset that they had to wait nobody likes being made fun of and watching people laugh at them

The pictures provided on the site when we booked were of what the hotel is going to look like when construction is done. The room we ended up with looked like it had been about 30 years since it received an update in any way. It was not dirty, but things were so worn and walls were stained. The few amenities listed were not available, for example the broken ice machine. The hotel was also under construction which was not listed anywhere on the listing either, and during the day as well as the morning it was very noisy and disruptive. The staff was very kind and friendly, but not enough to make up for the disappointing state of the room.
