The property looks disheveled outside the tiles are falling off on the main entrance entrance inside broken chairs. We arrived at 2:30 to be told our room wasn’t ready to come back in an hour. We came back around 5 PM expecting to get a room key because we had already checked in, nope not ready, finally got the room key go upstairs. One of the beds was not ready for the kids. We have to wait for blankets sheets and pillows. Pillows did not thank goodness we didn’t stay more than one day.

Super for families!

The whole stay was very nice! Clean rooms and great service! I wish they had told me that smoking on the property would result in a $500 fine. I found out during the online check-in. Nice breakfast with some hot food! Perfect for families. Also, the pool water was very warm in spite of the weather having been unusually cold the week before! They definitely heat the water!

There are good things, and bad things about this property. While it can't be classified as motel it gives off this type of vibe in the details, safety level..etc. You can tell the property tried to make it more upscale than I am sure it was. The lobby is beautiful no question they did a great job with it. The rooms are a different story. First thing when I walked in there was a cockroach walking right towards me. I alerted the hotel via the app and never heard back. We were exhausted so I didn't press the issue. The sheets were stained significantly. The rooms details were also unfinished/lackiing. missing/moldy caulking around the tub, bent, cracked or broken pieces of furniture / decor. Finally the safety. The door that enters building 2 is supposed to only be accessed by key card, but this door did not close properly so was always open. The room door lock wasn't lined up right, and barely reached the locking mechanism. Won't be returning to this hotel.

There is no room cleaning unless you ask and was told you needed to wait 3 days. Charges were put on my card by someone, had i not noticed i am sure those charges would have stayed and likely there would have been more. The hotel is not bad but definitely not great
