Absolutely calm and CLEAN establishment. Huge plus is the continental breakfast that comes with your rental. The earlier you get there for breakfast the better for your experience. It’s conveniently near Disney parks! Literally a 15 min drive. The staff was absolutely accommodating and friendly. There is a kid area room which was nice but we couldn’t use since all devices were faulty. Other than that, the property was gorgeous for a night stroll. You have hammocks at the back near the lake in the back. You have a nice area for pictures with lights. It’s extremely relaxing and we will be back soon!

Advertised for $96 a night. Over $200 for two nights after taxes, understandable. But then when i got there, I had to pay $70 more for "reservation fees". The continental breakfast wasnt great. And its the worlds slowest elevator. But the staff was nice, at least.

Good location, decent size room. Comfy bed, refrigerator but no microwave in room. Free breakfast with lots of options 7-930am. Fast food, gas station lots of stores around. Bus stop too. Property is gated, press button to get buzzed in. Check in is 4pm, not sure why. But Rochelle at front got me early check in. She's the best. There's a pool, it's lake side property with cananas and hammocks. There's a drainage pond there too though. Overall it's a decent option and with the price I would stay again. There is $34 resort fee but still the total was $94 for the night through Expedia. That fee covers the parking breakfast gym pool everything.

Beautiful scenery next to the lake. Great accomodations. Only thing they can improve is the showers: small, faucet H is C and C is H. The one elevator takes too long some times. Staff is amazing, blacony is cute.

I enjoyed Palazzo Lakeside Hotel. One of the best hotels I have ever visited. With spacious rooms, incredible dining options and a beautiful lobby, it is certainly the best hotel. Staff members around the world should learn from the staff here at Palazzo. The service was superb!! Trust me, the price is so worth it. I would definitely want to visit again!!

J’ai bien aimé la proximité avec Disney World. L’hotel est propre et plusieurs familles y viennent pour Disney. Le déjeuner inclus est simple donc il ne faut pas y avoir trop d’attentes mais j’ai trouvé mon compte. La piscine est petite mais propre. Par contre le coffre-fort de la chambre était brisé et il aura fallu 5 jours pour qu’on le répare adéquatement. Le ménage de la chambre est sur demande, ce qui est une bonne chose dans un souci écologique mais quand on a fait la demande pour une deuxième fois de la semaine, elle n’est jamais venue. En résumé je recommande cet hôtel seulement par souci d’économie et de par sa proximité avec Disney.
