All was good minus the noise at 2am when they had organizations from around the US arrive (ENC). Having a bunch of college kids screaming all night in the hotel lobby echoing all over but not one staff member asked them to quiet down. Was a bit unnerved by that

Great hotel, just a few cons.
Our stay was good. What was dissapointing was that we had a room with the balcony faving the back of the hotel. We could not use the balcony becauae of the noisy compressors. The floor carpets in the hallways have a lot of stains. Which gave the passage a filty feeling. However the rooms were clean.

I made a new walk in reservation for the trip and was told by the front desk that I would be charged one night penalty for the cancelled trip. However expedia advised that they are not charging me in full for the initial reservation. This is absurd and front desk was not willing to help or let me speak to a manager Would never book with Marriott again.

Great family trip
Everything was family friendly and fun, the front desk staff was not friendly, helpful and was very slow. Slides were great and steakhouse staff and experience was fantastic.
