The pictures online were definitely not of our room, another couple stopped us as we were unloading our things and asked if the pictures matched our room because they definitely didn't match theirs.

Upon arrival front desk was not very friendly and property was not well taken care of. Took photos of room when entering, more on the run down side with broken furniture, blood stained sheets, thick dust and mold in air vents and water all over the floor in the bathroom. Went to Walgreens on the next block to purchase Lysol spray at spray sheets, pillows and air conditioning unit because all smelled of mold and mildew.

The hotel was older and run down. The room needed a good cleaning. Sheets and bedding were stained with holes, the phone and the bed lights were filthy! The door locks barely worked. Would never recommend or stay again.

Don't book this hotel just based on the free shuttle. It is a contracted service and it is very unreliable. However, the staff is very helpful, Frank especially. He's always cleaning or helping out with the breakfast service. He even brought me an extension cord for my laptop (the desk had no outlets.) My room was clean, small musty smell in the bathroom but that was probably because there was no bathroom vent. Very convenient microwave and mini fridge in the room. I would book this hotel again.

Absolutely horrible conditions! Black mold, and rust everywhere in the room, which I scratched my hand on when attempting to turn on the light fixture on the wall! Rust on the refrigerator, rust on door knobs, rust on all light fixtures, crown molding peeling off ceiling, black mold all over celing and doors and shower. I walked in long enough to document photos of health hazards and the immediately walked out! You Expedia as a company issue no live customer support to resolve booking issues or complaints or reimbursement and advertise unfit hotel stays as good with a 7.4! Shame on you! You Expedia need to be reported!

My 1st room had rusty light on the wall, dimm lighting, droken draws. They put me in a new room that had a hole in the wall and the draws was worst. Smelt musty and old. The walk ways was dirty and needed to by washed. The strps had lots of cracked concrete It appears to be run down and needs some tlc. However, the staff goes out of the way, smiles and caring. Tried to fix the broken draws but they are rusted. The breakfast was tasty The lobby was clean and pretty. Summary great service in a run down hotel.

Location was great, breakfast was good scrambled eggs, sausage rounds, waffles, breads, cereals, muffins, fresh fruit and juice, coffee, tea, milk, hot chocolate. But wear always wear something on your feet…they don’t wash floors. Our beds were comfy!

Sleepless night

The hotel itself looked very nice online. On my arrival check in did not have the friendliest introduction. Did like that the parking on the first floor was right in front of the room. Entering the room musky smell. Cleanness overall was good. The mini refrigerator was not working at all. When I went to take a shower, there was no water pressure and no hot water. Had to take a birdbath which was very unpleasant. There should be restrictions on noise from 11 PM at least to 4 a.m. as my neighbors next-door, stayed up talking all night. It felt as if they were in our room talking to us personally or even outside. The walls are extremely thin that you can hear their entire conversation. The only time that they paused in talking was when they decided to go have breakfast. Will definitely not be a returned guest to this hotel .

It was a good price for what it was. Close enough to walk to Universal with kids. Nice room. Beds were a little soft. TV didn't work very well, but that's not what we were there for. Room seemed updated. No issues. No bugs. It was cool to see the volcano and fireworks from balcony. Breakfast was kind of blah. Came towards the end, along with tons of other people. Inside and outside seating, but had to sit inside to little ones didn't jump into pool, so it was crowded. Waffle makers, bagels, cereal, fruit, all the basic stuff. Eggs and sausage, but not very good. Ultimately though, the balance of price and cleanliness would convince me to stay there during our next visit to Orlando.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It’s great for the price and it was clean. The only downside was the breakfast I was not a fan. But other than that I had a great experience. We even stayed an extra night.

Good value hotel

The hotel is goid value for money. Location is good and convenient for Universal Studios, which you can walk to in around 20 mins or get the free shuttle from tne Dockside hotel nearby. Hotel was basic, but generally clean. Could do with some modernising, but comfortable. Pool area looked nice, but didnt use as didn't have time. Breakfast was served 6-9am, shame it didnt run till 10am. Breakfast basic but good enough, shame everything is plastic and thrown away. Room was ok, bed and pillows comfortable. Bathroom let it down, toilet that took a long time to flush and a shower that was either hot or cold, nothing in between. Staff all friendly, and they will look after your baggage if you arrive early or leave late. Overall good value for a few nights .
