Really enjoyed this property, had a nice big room with lots of space. Staff were really nice. My only complaint is that you need cell service to contact the staff, example if you want a shuttle, can call if you are in the room but not helpful when you are outside of the room. I would suggest using a better system that doesn’t require cell service but wifi instead. Staff were really awesome, anything we needed was handled quickly. Had a grocery delivery dropped off after hours at their warehouse outside, the security guy who went to get it was great!

Everything was super!! The only thing is that the restaurant opens at 8:00 am and if your planning leaving early to breakfast so you can go to Disney, having breakfast there it’s not an option. Very convenient for large groups

Our stay at Mystic Dunes was great. We were busy in the theme parks, so didn't get a chance to checkout the resort. It was very clean and safe. Lots of good restaurants, pharmacies and a Wal-Mart nearby. The resort is very close to all Disney parks! We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Mystic dunes. It’s clean, quiet and convenient. One thing I would recommend is to have a hot tub by the swimming pool

This was our third stay at Mystic Dunes We are always very pleased however not so much this time. We got a renovated room however the AC did not work properly the entire time we were there and the bathroom sink was clogged. Someone came and sorted both issues halfway through our stay but then both issues acted up again. Led to very uncomfortable sleeping at nights. Pn checkout day, my son forgot some jewelry on the counter in the washroom, however we only realized when we were already at the airport. I tried contacting the hotel and no one was able to help me. Upto now no one responded to my messages. Left us very disappointed.
