They have a return duct COVERED WITH CARDBOARD LITERALLY WITH OUTSIDE AIR BLOWING INTO THE ROOM TALK ABOUT A SAFTEY RISK THAT LIGHT COMING THUR IS THE OUTside showing Thur the vents.

Older hotel

Photos aren’t accurate description of the hotel . It’s much older than the photos appear. Staff was friendly and was clean but definitely in need of remodeling. There was no iron or microwave in the room. Our room was clean but carpet had iron stains burned in and very dated and pretty gross . The tv in our room was tiny . Restaurant and bar closed in the hotel was closed so that was disappointing .

Property felt abandoned and empty. They closed the hot tub for no reason but travelocity got it back open. Only clean rooms every other day. Defintely not impressed.

A Quiet treasure!

Great stay, close to the parks and shopping. Our room was clean and very spacious. The cleaning staff noticed we needed more garbage can liners and gave us extras after they cleaned the room. Staff was so thoughtful and kind! Would stay here again!

Pool help

The rooms are comfortable and clean, but their amenities definitely needs work. I go there often and that pool has been dirty for a long time. It looks like a swamp. They have a very nice outside/pool area, it’s a shame this is not taken care of.

It's okay.

The hotel is old overall and the room I stayed in needed some updating/maintenance. Linens seemed to be lower quality and older, but they were clean. Pool area is nice, general maintenance is needed. Would be really nice if they had more than 8 pool loungers. I came in winter so no one was at the pool. In summer when it's hot, seating would be an issue. I don't need fancy places, just a clean place to stay and a decent bed. The bed wasn't bad. I'd stay again.

Poor quality

The hotel looked nice except when walking through the hallways it stinks. The back automatic doors don’t work which is dangerous. The hotel seems very outdated, carpets and furniture stained and very old, we got locked out once that has never happened to us before. The walk into the hotel from the parking lot was like a hike since part of it was flooded at one point. I would say you get what you pay for, but this was a little on the low end even for the price so I would say it was unfairly priced with the quality.

Even though the stay was ok, would recommend an upgrade to the hotel interior and exterior. Had to make a couple of complaints about the hotel rooms e.g., was not able to get into bathroom due to door being stuck, sink leaking and toilet would not stop running. However, I was accommodated in a timely fashion.

There was hair in the shower, the bed was the oldest (spring) mattress that was beyond uncomfortable, a thin pillow that was old and some weird couch pillow as your two sleep options, tiny tv with no number buttons, run down looking building and the signs are run down entering the property, the parking lot is sketchy and feels unsafe, the lobby bathroom and tile floors of the building lobby felt sticky and old, there were two buckets catching drips, broken slats for hallway windows, the list could go on and on. Will never stay here again

The bathroom door got locked and wont open several times and they dint fix it . The hotel carpet had bad smell . The shower was not working properly . Overall maintenance of the hotel is bad .

Not the best stay

The main level was good and clean. The room was ok but had ants. Had to clean the night tables and bathroom counter myself. The hallway on third floor was dirty and some either spilled something or water leaked in the hallway on the carpet and it smelled bad for several days and people had to put a towel at the bottom of the doorway to keep the smell out. Can be a great place with some better maintenance and cleaning.
