Overall the property is pretty run down due to high traffic. The room assigned was in the very back of the resort. I came in by myself and wasn't offered any type of help with bags and such. It was evening and it didn't feel safe. The room was very very basic and beat up pretty good. The furniture was cheap and in bad shape. For the price of this hotel, this wasn't acceptable. I left after the first night as this wasn't feeling safe for me and the room wasn't up to proper standard. I called the front desk after my first night and was told I would be charged for the first night but they would approve the refund from Expedia. When Expedia called to confirm the resort said they didn't have notes from the previous staff on duty. I then called back and was told someone would call - as of to date, no call back. Overall a bad experience

The hotel itself was very nice and their pool area was spectacular. Their parking lot was difficult to navigate, and staff was very slow. Otherwise, a great location that’s very close to dining areas.

Orlando Trip

If you're looking for a place to accommodate a larger family, this is an excellent no frills place to stay. The room we stayed in was spaciouse an could have fit 6-8 comfortably. Its close enough to the theme parks and has some restaurants in walking distance... having said that there aren't many sidewalks that connect so be careful.

Very good hotel, great pool, nice and big rooms. Very convenient specially if you are going to Disney but close to everything. We have a small Incident that they help me get fully resolved. Jennifer from guest experience is awesome.
