We had terrible weather which wasn't the resorts fault, so a lot of the facilities were closed while we were there. There is only one option for breakfast and you can't get it delivered to your room. Wish there was a breakfast buffet or something. There is no shuttle to/from Orlando airport which is a bummer. It is conveniently located close to the Disney Parks. We were there for 4 nights and housekeeping only came once, even though we stopped by the front desk and asked them to come twice. We only ate at the Grill restaurant twice, service is slow and the chairs are ripped and the place needs some love. On the plus side mostly every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. I would come back.

The coffee/brew house was closed during our stay, which we understand, but there was no other outlet for us to get coffee and pastries. We had to drive off site to get fresh coffee and breakfast. The location, staff and facility is amazing!
