Everyday was a different activity for adults, children and families. Staff when above and beyond, they were smiling and friendly. Property is located in prime location for breakfast, lunch and dinners. But theres plenty choices on the grounds. This is my.3rd stay with them. I lool forward to returning next year

This resort was a dream! So much better than expected! It is off the busy streets of Orlando and is its own little oasis! Plenty of pools and things to do! Copa love was great! Highly recommend!

Property was nice but definitely hard to navigate around. Can’t really get to all the pools without driving. It’s not a simple walk to The other areas of the property. Parking was hard to find at times and food/drinks were wayyyy over priced. Nice place but there were kids in the pool EVERYWHERE not in the dedicated children’s pool area in ALL the pools so keep that in mind when searching for a place to vacation with your wife/husband.

The gated property offered spacious accommodations with excellent views and ample amenities to engage the family throughout our stay. However, the sofa bed was uncomfortable, and the parking fee of $25 per night was a little excessive.

Property is excellent. Clean, well located, beautiful surroundings, nice pools. Restaurants were okay. There was no bottled water in the room (even for purchase). To get through to staff one had to go through an automated system at the end of which occasionally someone would answer. That was the frustrating part.

We stayed here in September of 2024 for 8 days and it was a great experience which is why we went back in April 2025 for another 8 days but things were different this time. My wife and I are in our 40's so we appreciate a more quiet times which was good here. But what made us come back was that we rode our OneWheels for easy transportation on and off the resort, this was no problem in September, but April it was an issue and we were stopped 3 minutes into our ride to the pool and told we werent allowed. Which was highly disappointing, but I said fine until I saw it was a pick and choose which rules to enforce. Kids were taking up 20-30 yrds in different sections of the pool to throw balls which rule #1 is no throwing things in the pool. So we didnt get to enjoy the pool as we did not want to "relax" under the archs of projectiles, 2nd they didnt always ask to confirm your name and rm # when using the room to pay and sometimes they left other consumers receipts they filled out on the bar. What was stopping someone from just copying that info and drinking/dining on someone else's dime? While we had a decent time, banning our onewheels while not enforcing all the rules is a dealbreaker for us. We wont be back and though we are but a drop in the bucket for their bottom line. I hope others fine this review helpful and to be careful when paying with room and leaving your receipt face up.

What I didn't like ,Despite The fact that there is signage that says not to save pool chairs with towels It is not enforced unless you give the people who are there to monitor the pool money and than they remove towels for you to use chairs people save chairs and don't return to use them for hours
