The lobby entrance was nice. I was annoyed that the counter lady asked me If I have been here before and said no it was my first time. We do a lot Of staycations and it was my hubby 50th bday and our anniversary so we are trying out this resort. If we like the ones we come back. She said Hold because it’s his birthday I have a special free gift for y’all. Wich I thought was nice of the hotel. He has me stand there for 40 Mins saying her computer was slow after asking for my name again and his name then said sorry you don’t qualify for the free gift…. I dint ask For anything you said it was because it was my hubbys birthday the hotel was being nice. What qualification is that !! Weird … the place is nice. It there is nothing to do really .. not many restaurants hardly no entertainment. For a Margaritaville resort it was a quite boring stay. It was very clean though.

Checked in around 7 pm got to the room it had a dirty towel on the table, pillows were nasty you could tell someone had just left, my kids were disgusted so I took a picture and went back to the front desk all the lady did was offer me two vouchers for drinks and switch as to another room that was so noisy.

I was dissapointed to learn of the $90 resort fee as i checked out. This should have been mentioned upon booking and also at check in. I felt cheated as I did NOT even use the resort. I simply slept in your bed 2 nights and it cost me $650 to do so. We went to disney so didnt use your facility at all. The toilet seat was ready to fall off as well. nice facility but slightly dissapointed.

Amazing facility!
What a great resort! I travel for work and stay in different hotels at least once a month, and this exceeded my expectations. It was clean, well-maintained, and beautiful, with many nearby amenities like restaurants and local Orlando activities. I would highly recommend this resort.

Upon check in, the computers were down. Took a long time. The lobby area was very nice and decorated for the holiday. Comfy sitting areas. The room was ok. The showers was very difficult to figure out, bed was hard, no cotton balls, robes, cue tips, face wipes like in other hotels. The drinks at the bar seemed to lack alcohol I. Spite of the high price. The food was lacking flavor at the coffee shop and euphoria. We had a scallop dinner at euphoria. It was $42 and had 3 tiny scallops on a bed of corn. More like an appetizer. The grouper wasn’t cooked all the way and they had run out of risotto. The breakfast sandwich in the coffee shop wasn’t good. A hard croissant, almost burnt bacon and a microwave egg…and very dry. There was no shuttle service unless you booked it in advance. Then they add on 20% gratuity onto everything even though service was lacking.

Had some type of stains on 2 of my 4 Pillowcases. Next day in the light I saw what to Appear as an old watered down blood stained spot the size of a tea cup Saucer on my bottom sheet. Most likely from someone Scab or Some kind of wound on their back. When checking out on the 5 day I asked to have a member of management call me and left my number but to this day have never heard back from them.
