This was our first time staying here and it did not disappoint. Plenty of space and very comfortable and clean. The only negative was not enough toilet paper provided for a 3 night stay. Would travel and stay there again.

Outstanding townhouse rental. We couldn’t have been happier. It was like a model home. The home had everything you needed for a great stay. Use of the resort pool and amenities. Nearby restaurants and attractions. Would definitely stay here again. Booked on Hotels.com VStays.

Some things are really great about the Margaritaville Resort townhouse, other things are the complete opposite. The pros: unit was nice, spacious and well laid out. It was super clean. Wifi was good. Nicely furnished. Felt really safe. Cons: No coffee or creamers. You get the cheapest and smallest roll of toilet paper and paper towels (You’ll have to get your own). No hooks at all in the bathrooms, which is a challenge to hang to dry/reuse towels, which are not much bigger than hand towels— there were no extras. (They were as small as they were thin!) The sheets were really low quality and made noise whenever you moved. Overall, I would stay again but would keep the things that are not awesome in mind when comparing places. It wouldn’t take much of a lift to change guest’s experience with those simple things.

We were unimpressed with booking this property through vstays. They were impossible to get ahold of prior to the trip. We were advised of things prior to our trip that were not honored once we arrived for example a late check out of noon. No coffee filter for the coffee maker. No one available to put our grocery delivery in the house as it arrived early and due to traffic we arrived late. The towels are so small and thin and they would not give us extra. For the price you pay I would expect a lot more especially on the Custer service side.

Close to parks, but had the resort feel for the days we didn’t go to Disney. Cottage was easy walking distance to the pool area. Very clean and spacious. Hot tub was a nice touch.

This was listed under margaritaville as if it is part of a hotel. It is really an Airbnb. We were required to clean before we left, otherwise we would have been charged. They claim it is “self sustaining” meaning they don’t want to pay to have it cleaned. Also, while I was trying to clean, they knocked on the door at 10:05 to make sure we were gone. They literally gave us one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom for the week, there was no shampoo or conditioner. If I knew upfront I was staying at an Airbnb, then I could have made the decision whether I wanted to stay there or not, but it’s listed under a hotel, so I wasn’t aware until we arrived.

Clean. modern property. Quiet. The bed was soooo comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is the toilet paper is too cheap for this hotel. A minor simple upgrade. But I would highly recommend this hotel/cottage!

The location was ideal for Disney World and Universal Studios. The kitchen was very well equipped. As an 82-year-old I found the stairs to the three lovely bedrooms somewhat challenging. Glad we rented a car, because the shuttle service was quite limited.
