Electricity only worked In part of the room. Only 1 of the 2 beds had pillows. Shower was covered in someone’s hair like it has not been cleaned. And there was no soap to wash hands only 1 small bottle of complimentary shampoo. Looked and felt really dirty. Glad we only stayed for one night.

Worst experience I ever had, The rooms are dirty, the walls full of mold, smell bad, our room smell as cigarette, the outside area is cover with dog’s poo. We were charged a resort fee and the place doesn’t deserve not even 1 star. Do not stay here !!!

Though the property is close to Disney, the lobby is nice, and the staff is doing their best, the rooms are very musty and wet, even in winter. The laundry seemed cleaned, but the floor is stained and fixtures are rusty from years of moisture. Unfortunately the musty spell made me find a different hotel, i couldn't stay for my whole stay.

It was the worst experience of our lives, the most disgusting and stinking hotel we could not stand hi 15 minutes in the room and we had to go find another hotel to spend the night. The truth is not a hotel I could recommend even to my worst enemy. A disaster!

Once a beautiful place.

The location is good near a lot of things.. Not sure why they charge a resort fee? At one time. This place must have been a beautiful destination, but not currently. Looks like people are living there. Because they stand outside their rooms and smoke. I was concerned about my vehicle overnight. Front desk service was spotty at best, took a while to get their attention, so I could check in. The place just seems run down now. My telephone looked like a beat up switch board from the eighties with all the buttons missing. If you need a place to sleep, this will work, but if you're staying more than overnight, you'll probably be disappointed.

It’s ok

The check in desk was quite sub-par service. Had a reservation and 1 person ahead of us (that did not), and it took 35 minutes just to check in. Not very friendly on aware. There were always fun things going on around us. The pool, basketball court, workout room, even laundry! Keeps you busy, that is for sure. Very close to attractions. Will stay here again, will be requesting a room that doesn’t smell damp.

Get what you pay for.

This location was very cheap for the area, but there were issues too. Tv was broken, wifi didnt work, the ceiling was coming down in the bathroom, the toilet never stopped running. Was fairly clean, and do have to say the linens were extremely comfortable. Dont expect high end and you should be at least ok at the price.
