Amazing hotel for kids literally has any and everything a kid could want great staff service clean rooms and bathrooms very close to many stores and restaurants and has theme park transportation for free pool is clean and they provide towels

To start Expedia did not mention a $100 deposit due at check-in. And upon driving up I was not expecting to stay at an old motel renovated. Lobby is pretty & modern but the rooms have like 50 layers of paint. Lack of maintenance in the room from loose faucets with reverse polarity to broken blow dryers made it a bit frustrating on a day to day basis. Cleaning staff do not speak English so they don’t follow/understand simple instructions. The breakfast doesn’t even run the full length of time posted. I got there well before they closed and everything was already picked up. And what hotel charges $10 if you don’t return the room key (piece of plastic). Great location but I would never stay there again unfortunately. That was a one and done.

My son’s perfume disappeared after the first day. I let the front lady know a Sunday i checked Wednesday and nobody had an idea, so the lady never checked or submitted a report. They told me to call back Thursday and still nothing. They go inside the rooms when you go to the parks without your permission.
