Enjoyed the friendly staff. Enjoyed the food and pool. Rooms very clean but outdated. Beds were uncomfortable and the tvs did not work. Door to the Adjoining room needs to be sealed better, seemed like the tenants next door were in my room when having conversation.

DON’T STAY HERE! DISGUSTING! BLACK MOLD! My husband & I came to Legacy Vacation Resorts after losing our home to Hurricane Helene. Upon checkin, we noticed our kids feet were filthy within an hour. We reported this to the front desk, only to be told that housekeeping was unavailable due to the storm, but they would send someone when they could. This was the ONLY cleaning we received during our 30 day stay. I found myself cleaning the room repeatedly but it never felt truly clean. Despite these issues we extended our stay, feeling it was our only option. However, one evening, my son opened a cabinet and found it covered in BLACK MOLD. It was DISGUSTING. My 2-year-old has a respiratory condition and has been on breathing treatments since we arrived. Even a week later, we’re still dealing with the effects of mold exposure. I spoke to the manager, who assured me she would "get housekeeping on it." I pointed out that this was a maintenance issue, as the entire wall would need to be cut out. She told me not to worry about it and that she’d handle it. I also discussed a refund with her. She promised a partial refund but said she couldn’t issue a full one. A week later, our bank hasn’t received any notice of a refund. They have now refused my refund after I informed them I would be reporting these issues to the DBPR and the BBB. When we returned to follow up, we discovered they had already placed someone else in our room.If you’re staying in rooms N322A or N322B, leave immediately.
