That was my first time in this hotel resort and I thought that was just pictures from website that I saw but wasn’t it’s real, it’s beautiful, I love the apartment the one we’re renting it pretty good and bigger than we thought. I really recommend it.

The check in process had a bit of a hiccup to it but the Manager on Duty, I believe her name was Autumn saved the day! She really went above and beyond and helped a tough situation for us and it was very much appreciated. The rooms where beautiful and the beds where comfortable. There is lots to do in the area and even just on the property. Very clean and welcoming. The only negative with the property would be the arcade area needing updating but other then that it is a perfect stay!

We stayed for 7 nights. Wasn’t enough for 8 people. Was only given 6. Had to ask for more. Didn’t know there was a charge for cleaning service. Was told if needed more towels there would be charge. So we bought are own. Dryer needs updated. Had to turn dryer on more then 3 times for same load. Refrigerator didn’t work for 3 days. Maintenance came in twice to try to fix. All our food went bad. No cold drinks for park and had no ice. Scan for shuttle. Said you needed a reservation. No times were available but didn’t try to get on when we saw it in the parking lot. Furniture run down. Property overall needs a lot of updates

The property felt unclean and smelled badly. Floors had debris and was icky walking barefoot in our rooms. Front desk was supposed to message us when our room was ready. That never happened. Tried to reach them by phone but was unsuccessful because of ridiculous automated menu.

Liked the location however the room was spacious buy very outdated and not clean . Broken furniture poor preasure in shower and for 5 days they only give you a one day small shampoo conditioning and one roll of paper towel and bathroom paper not even extras in the cabinets. Orlando has a lit of better properties

The property itself was ok. The location/proximity to sea world and disney were as expected. They had an issue with the card reader to get into the elevator bay in building 5 that many guest were struggling with. The arcade had multiple broken games that would take money and not work. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. In general an ok property but not as nice as we would have expected and we will choose to stay elsewhere on future trips.
