Good stay

The first room was a very nice updated room in the building across from the office. But had an awful smell of pet urine. So we called the front office and happily have us another room. The second room was in the same build as the office we had a problem with the keys but the office lady glady came to fix it. The hallway appearance was definitely outdated. But overall a good stay.

Stay in Orlando

We had a lovely stay. Staff were very good, especially Carolina on reception. She was very helpful, and such a lovely attitude. Breakfast was good and enough choice. It was a very quiet stay and pool was nice clean. We found a good Chinese/ Thai/ Indian restaurant 8 mins walk. There was a Millers ale house 15 mins walk. Kobe steak house was there too. All in all a great stay

We stayed for two night and was only using the hotel as a base. Even so, we didn’t have a good time because of the regular, high pitched loud noise that kept emanating from what I think was the electrics with other odd sounds coming from the AC. We switched off the AC (making room too warm) but obviously couldn’t fix the other problem. I didn’t share the issue with staff as a) we were tired after busy days, b) we could hear the noise in the corridor so was a wider issue (albeit not as loud) and c) the staff weren’t that engaged generally. Something else that interrupted rest was cleaning staff talking loudly in the corridors at 6am. Without those issues, the place would have been adequate.

Reception staff are professional and efficient. Room was large and comfortable, but the lighting could have been better. Some rooms are in a separate block, which means there is a short walk to the lobby ans breakfast area. Breakfast was reasonable but not great. Free early shuttle bus to the park, or it is walkable in about 30 minutes.

My toilet over flowed all over the place and it took them 40 minutes to come clean it up. We had a cheer competition we were getting ready for and it was impossible to get ready with no bathroom and water all over the floor. The wall are super thin we heard everything and someone above us was running back and forth all night long. Could not sleep. The Fabulosa cleaning products were so over powering it gave me a bad headache they use way too much.
