My daughter stayed because she commutes to UCF. She stays here the night before the semester starts or if there is an event at school. Location is great and it’s safe.

The hotel was around a lot of restaurants and stores which made it easy to get food and any necessities such as water and fruit. The hotel had some minor damages. The bathroom door stopper was broken and the shower head was leaking from the side. The overnight employee was not a that friendly.

Sorry this is long, Walked into and the room had a clean fresh smell, the room had a older but pleasant decor and was clean(spotless), house cleaning visited everyday and cleaned and replaced towels. (Except when I put out the do not disturb sign one day) 2. A/c. In room - 5 stars , hard to believe but I had to turn the A/C up . the room was a icy 68 degree's 3. amenities- 5 stars in room microwave,fridge and coffee maker w/ complimentary coffee packets. Ironing board and iron. TV has about 30 channels with showtime movies and was able to log on to netflix through TV. Oh yes and plenty of outlets. Outlet on the lamps, even the microwave Clock had outlets. And the walls of course. Bed was comfortable. Parking was great with secured access with your keycard that led straight to the elevator( no having to walk all the way around to the front desk entrance to get in) Most important was there are was absolutley no bugs. Quiet- though the 5th floor had all the rooms full there was no banging, loud tvs and such. The only complaint i have was there was no one there when I checked out.( may have had a bathroom break) I dropped my cards in an unsecured container. I travel to this area at least twice a year and as long as it stays this way. Last time here 4yrs ago had an issue with broken a/c in the halls(breakdowns happen)all in all a very pleasant experience.

The pool and hot tub were nice but had limited hours. The pool chairs needed to be replaced, they were torn and unsafe to sit in. The elevator was extremely slow and worn. My check in person seemed bothered when I checked. I understand it was late at night. It seemed he had some type of eye condition since he worn sunglasses every time I saw him even at midnight. The room was comfortable and updated. The cleaning staff was attentive.

My stay was completely amazing and it was so nice my 13 year old son enjoyed the pool and it was clean easy to access and safe and secure. Would highly recommend to friends and family. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Overall I was pleased with this hotel. Room was very clean the hotel was very quiet. My only complaints, the lounge chairs by the pool were all broken except for one and there were people hanging out in the parking lot in the back of the building at night that made me a little uncomfortable.
