Nothing was unique,it was oh ok property,looks like going down hill from last visit 2 yrs ago.the hair dryer didnt work,leaking in bathroom area over toliet from ceiling.food and drinks freeze in frigarator.also we didnt pay pet deposit last visit either.front desk said was in website,but I didnt see it.as far as building,elevators walls are peeling,looks like it could use fresh paintibg outside,pieces missing on doors and walls.and I got a call christmas eve from front desk saying i had to come back do to my dog barking a,ot at 630 pm,but when we hot bag their was a chawawa on our floor barking since we got back at 7 pm til 1030 pm and no one reported it.i dont even tbink it was my dog cause the disturbance first all.just saying.she was fine sunday and monday nites while we were out.cant say ill return anytime soon.thanks,unhappy customer

Door to bathroom would not close had to use trash can to hold door shut for privacy. Heat register rattled all the time. Something was constantly none stop running in bathroom. Very annoying.

Upon arrival, the lobby was part of the kitchen/breakfast area with table and chairs, it was over crowded, space too small. Too busy with children area, lobby, and breakfast area in the immediate area was too small. Everything else was great!

The room clean and comfortable. The issues arose right at check-in. I have booked with Expedia many many years and I’ve never had an issue with the reservation. Initially, they could not find our reservation and claimed that Expedia overbooked us. After a little while they were able to find us a room, but the manager expressed to us that he does not like working with Expedia as they take a big portion of the reservation amount. Like I said for many years of using Expedia we have never had an issue with a reservation. I believe the issue was on their end not on Expedia not a good first impression for La Quinta. I only stayed there because our other two choices were booked.
