The staff was friendly. Other than that the property was terrible. Room was dirty, power outlets broken, water damage and roof leak, stained furniture, damaged furniture, and it took 10 minutes for the shower to heat up. I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The sad part I even upgraded to a "Suite" but there was nothing sweet about it!

I stayed on the sixth floor with a cool view of the rides at Icon Park and the pool area. Everything about the room was clean. It had two double beds, and the room itself was quite large. I didn’t expect to have a refrigerator or microwave, so that was a nice surprise. Bathrooms are tub showers, not standing showers. They provide one little bottle of a shampoo/conditioner combo and 2 little soaps - no lotion. There is a hairdryer. The hotel itself is a little on the outdated side. The elevator is slow and really shows its age…others I met were joking about how the 4 elevator walls don’t match and it’s all scratched up. (But it worked just fine!) There are places where wallpaper or paint are peeling in hallways…but it’s just aesthetics. For the great rate, these are minor things. Breakfast is included - bagels, toast, muffins, fruit, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereals, juices, coffee, and waffle machines. There are no scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, or potatoes. It was cool outside during the 6 days I was there, so I didn’t get to try the pool or hot tub. There is a separate concierge desk in the lobby for anyone who wants to book things to do in Orlando. The location was great! I loved being able to walk over to Icon park for the variety of restaurants and things to see. The front desk staff was also friendly and helpful. If I need a bargain hotel, I’d definitely stay there again.

I love this place the rooms are comfortable and clean . It’s walking distance to restaurants and entertainment but to me the staff is amazing especially Kim who always make my stay amazing

The hotel is obviously older and could use some touch ups in the room. But service and staff were very friendly and helpful, the area seems very safe, our family walked around the area and did some shopping. Lots of restaurant options in the area. We would stay again.
