We arrived late and left early for a flight back home. Front desk service was great! Room was what we expected but not as clean as we expected. We just came from staying on a Disney property so it was a huge difference. There were spots on the wall, we weren’t sure if they were blood splatter or food splatter. The shower had only hot water and a dribble of water. Rusty fixtures in the bathroom. One pillow didn’t look clean, black marks and very wrinkled compared to the others. The room appeared clean at a glance. The curtains were too long and covered the a/c unit. Door locks were finicky and doors were thin, you could hear anything going on outside your door. We were on the 4 th floor and one elevator was out of order. The free shuttle was convenient, the driver wasn’t friendly at all. She seemed annoyed. The free breakfast was ok, nothing special but fine for a quick coffee and bagel to go. We won’t stay there again. I wish I took photos to show.

good location, hotel in bad condition
LaQuinta was convenient to the Orlando airport. However, the property is in terrible condition - needs painting, the door to our room was broken, the tub faucet hung loose out of the wall, the bed had troughs where previous guests had slept, the hallways smelled, etc. I would not recommend staying here unless you need a quick overnight close to the airport (which is what we needed for one night).
Siobhan (sp?) is a wonderful employee who was very helpful to us as both a shuttle driver and in her work at the desk. She is a hard-working, tireless person who should be regarded as a model employee.

Hotel is a bit worn (carpets, doors, room). First room assigned, we could push the door open because it didn't latch well. Was reassigned room. No one should arrive at a room that needs repair like that or is unsafe. They rely on the work of guests to complain about it. Very inconvenient.
The property needed to be cleaned and updated. Several things in the room broken and water dripped all night. Airport shuttle doesn’t run past 10pm.

Please bring your own cleaning supplies and towels! Housekeeping had an attitude when I asked for more towels. When I asked for a wash cloth I was ignored and never received the face towel. I got water on the floor in the bathroom and when I tell you the towel was BLACK from the floor….ewwww make sure you keep something on your feet because I don’t trust them floors either! It was so loud at night! I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS PROPERTY!
This establishment lacks cleanliness, customer service. There was only one functional elevator and it was so dirty. Employees weren't friendly or knowledgeable. If I can give zero stars i would.
The property was not clean when we arrived. They told us that our room was ready, but when we went to the room, someone had already checked in, so we walked in on another family‘s room. The Jacuzzi was cold, and the staff was hard to find.

The stay was good. However I have been charged twice for the room and am still trying to get my money back. Can you help?
The room was terrible. Tub was clogged, floor was dirty, checkin was delayed because the young man had to help people upstairs because the elevator did not work. The property was outdated and did not match the pictures shown on Expedia. I will not stay here again if I have a choice.
The elevator was broken- had to walk from one end of the hallway to other end of the hall way with all my luggage. Very inconvenient!

Microwave in room to not have glass, when asked to staff said they don’t have. Coffee machine in room provided was broken. There is no toiletries just a small piece of soap and shampoo, no toothpaste. And mostly whole booking mentioned about we have infant, there was an open outlet, all the wires when out which is very unsafe can get electric shock of baby touch over there.
Elevator broken so I had to walk a long way to get to my room huffing luggage. My coffee maker was broken, so I went downstairs to get the worst coffee I’ve ever had and my keys stopped working. Back down stairs to have them re-keyed and the green light comes on, but the door won’t open. Tried several times. Had to go down a third time (not running late for my flight) for a nice gentlemen at the front desk to break in for me. The back door downstairs was broken and didn’t latch so completely unsafe. The water wouldn’t turn off in the bathroom. All light switches near lamps etc looked filthy. Doors were missing handles, buttons missing in the one working elevator. Hotel overbooked passengers on the shuttle to the airport so people were left stranded all morning. I tried to buy a bottle of water and the system was “down” and the guy at the front said he couldn’t add it to my room. Another hotel guest went out and got me water from her cooler. This was an absolutely disastrous hotel stay. Never ever again. I stay in airport hotels bi-weekly or at least monthly to travel out of MCO airport, this one was a mistake and high stress waste of money.
