It’s a one night stay, but we’re frustrated that the room she gave us was horrible. The door frame has a gap that someone from the outside can see us. The bathtub has a stain that needed to be replaced, the toilet seat cover is almost to come off and the bathroom door handle is broken.

Well let’s begin with the breakfast, just terrible eggs tasted my straight water! We had a trip to Disney left in the morning came back like 6 pm to find we didn’t receive any room service. Extremely upsetting to arrive back to no clean towels. We even grabbed all our dirty towels and out them together, collected all our trash and placed them bags just to make it easier. We even left a tip but when I went down stairs and informed the lady in check in. She was more upset at me as if I was bothering her when all I asked was what was the reason for not receiving room service today. All she said was they all left @4 I was so confused with her response because we left since the morning. Over all never again! Make sure you just read the reviews.

Front Office Staff, professional and engaging but not enough. A hotel this sizes needs more than 1 person to handle calls, check in and check out. AC was horrible, room smelled moldy, elevator was dirty, corners in bathroom were dirty. Walked barefoot in the room my feet got dirty.

Unfortunately this hotel was incredibly unhygienic and unaccommodating. We arrived late at night and waited in line for about 30 minutes to check in while the receptionist took phone calls and didn't look at anyone in line. Our room was incredibly humid and smelled like mold (which was also visible on the ceiling and in the shower). Our blankets were almost brown (should've been white) and I had to sleep with a towel on the pillow because it had so many stains. I went through several towels trying to find one without a stain - one of which had dried blood on it. There was no fan in the bathroom so you can imagine the moisture and smell. I advise anyone to spend the extra money and stay at ANY of the other surrounding airport hotels. I could not get out of this hotel quick enough. Complete waste of money.
