I would recommend this hotel. I was initially worried about the reviews regarding the smell and other issues, but I’m glad I made the reservation. I suggest booking a room on the 3rd or 4th floor; I stayed on the 4th floor, which was a bit more expensive compared to the lower floors, but it was worth it. The service was great, the room was clean, and everything looked really nice and cozy. I truly felt it was worth what I paid. I plan to return to this hotel and stay there with my whole family again. For anyone wondering about space, there is plenty; even the sofa converts into a mattress, providing extra options. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

As someone who values comfort and cleanliness, I must say I'm very impressed with the value of this Hyatt. For the rate, what we received can't be beat. The bed was very comfortable and I'm extremely picky with my sleep. The temperature in the room was easily controllable. The room and the hotel was clean, the breakfast was impressive - again for the rate. The breakfast potatoes were some of the best I've ever had. The staff was kind and helpful. The location is terrific - lots of restaurant options. There were just a few things that could have been improved. It took turning the hot water on the sink and the tub for over 10 mins before we got any but we were on the 4th floor so I don't know if that makes a difference. And if you're a light sleeper and don't have any white noise machine, you may not appreciate the repetitious noise the refrigerator makes or the A/C when it kicks on. Granted, it may not be the case in every room. Other than those things, I'm impressed with what I received for the rate. Comparable hotels were $100 more for a similar room. I'll definitely stay here again.
