Hotel was nice. Bathroom is really small. The fact they charge hotel guests for parking is appalling. Even Disney doesn’t do that.

Close to Universal Studios!

I picked this hotel because I wanted to be near Universal and it did not disappoint. It is very clean and the rooms are spacious with comfy beds. The staff onsite were all very friendly and Issiah at the front desk was very accommodating and personable. I will add that the breakfast is less than what I expected from a Hyatt. It was a full breakfast menu but it just did not taste great and they didn't serve full bacon strips, just diced up bacon bits. The serving area is a bit small and felt cramped as there were a lot of people trying to get food all at once. Though they offer a convenient shuttle to Universal they does not take reservations via phone, just in person from 7:00 - 11:00 so that is a little inconvenient. Overall is was a great stay.

The place is impeccable, our room 309 was very clean. The hotel seems to be renovated recently, it has a new building look. Breakfast is very good, the staff give an excellent customer service. The hotel is 7 minutes from Universal studios by car.
