This property was very clean and smelled amazing. I do have to say that the gentleman who was helping us when we first checked in was a very sarcastic. It wasn’t just the one conversation we had but it was during multiple conversations we had. I do have to say there was another girl in the front with him who was new, was polite and kind. The beds were no where near comfortable, pillows were so hard and the room was so hot. We had to get up multiple times a night to put the AC down because it would never turn on.

Studio Suite King Bed

We stayed in the King Studio Suite. Great location and clean room. For future travelers staying in the Studio Suite, note that while the room details suggest a microwave is included in the room, we found that the unit did not have one. I would call the property directly and ask if your room has one if you are planning on using one. Wish we would've known that before buying a bunch of microwavable foods to save money only to find out there wasnt one. Other than that issue we enjoyed our stay! Also it may look like the Studio Suite doesnt have a fridge from the photos but theres a mini fridge tucked into the table in the center.

Close to Universal and complimentary perks

Stayed at the Hyatt House for the weekend with my family, including 2 young children. I contacted Luis at the front desk after already checking in online. He provided me with room keys and reminded me that parking was complimentary, as well as breakfast. (rare in the Orlando tourist area). Room was ready on time, as they notified me via email. Asked for more towels and they brought them up rather quickly. Room was clean, AC was cold, and the service was excellent. Not much more to ask for. Super close to universal studios and they provide shuttle service if you give them advanced notice. Would stay again and recommend to anyone staying in the I drive area especially if going to universal studios.
