We spent a week at the Hyatt House. It is a safe, clean and quiet hotel. The staff was exceptional, polite, pleasant and courteous. I was always greeted with a hello. The breakfast was good. Always something to eat, you will not be hungry. I will be staying here again.

The wait was long for the shuttle. The staff (Alexondra) I think that’s her name, could have sent the shuttle for us, after we called to announce our arrival. That irritated me a little bit because the wait for the shuttle was long. Anyway, she offered me early check in for signing up with their rewards program. That change the experience into a pleasant feel. Shuttle driver was very pleasant and helpful.
