Well, my flight was cancelled, so I never made it there. I called and they understood, but I booked thru Expedia who has no way to call them within hours of check in. The hotel was ready to give me refund, but needed Expedia to call them, but Expedia doesn't give out a way to get in touch with them. Expedia has failed me in this regard a few times. I could be leaving them soon because of this reoccurring issue...
