The hotel was beautiful. The staff were so nice and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and a great variety of food. The room was so nice and clean. I will come back to stay here on my next vacation. I recommend this place to stay! I loved it! A #1 the supervisor at the Bar was absolutely amazing. Her and the gentleman that work there.

We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt House. The room was very comfortable for our family and appreciated the proximity to Universal Resort. We did not get on an early shuttle to Universal, but was able to catch a ride back from the park. Enjoyed the patio and bar. We will definitely come back next time we are in the Orlando area.

The staff were friendly and helpful I loved seeing Shawn's smile everyday. A couple things with the room need attention, like the sliding door to the bathroom would open on its own exposing the person showering and the closet door next the the bathroom had a " excuse me note" because it was missing a door knob/handle. ( quick fix) all minor things , would definitely stay again

The room? Perfect, with a spectacular view, comfortable and very clean, and not only the room but the whole hotel, I plan to repeat another time in that hotel. What didn't seem right to me? That you have to pay a fee for parking, I had never seen such a thing that you have to pay for the parking of the facility where you already paid to stay. But everything else is perfect.

This hotel is an affordable option right across the street from Universal Studios. If you’re fit, you can walk to the park or usually take an Uber ride over. There are restaurants within walking distance outside of city walk as well.

We requested adjoining rooms. We were not guaranteed adjoining rooms, but I thought they would at least be together. They were on separate floors. They did call us the next day to see if we wanted rooms that were next to each other but at that point, being we were only staying two day's, we didn’t feel like packing up and moving. The breakfast was delicious, and the wait staff at the breakfast was a very accommodating. We did enjoy that. The Bus to universal was overbooked by accident (even though we booked it ahead of time )so we did take the walk to Universal which was a little over a mile. That was a bit disappointing. Over all a great stay.
