Extremely close to the airport but without a ton of airport noise. Our room was very spacious and held all of us (two adults and four teenagers) with two queens and a sofa pullout. Our room had a fully functioning kitchen which would be very convenient had we stayed longer than just one night. Overall very happy with our stay and would visit again in a heartbeat!

I would have to start with the customer service provided by Juan was fantastic. The hotel was a little dated while it was comfortable and more than adequate. One hiccup was that someone had stolen both remote controls to the TVs from the room and no one on staff noticed.

Great spot close to the Orlando airport (max. 10 minute uber). There are a few restaurants right in the little area by the hotel that are walkable (2-3 minutes) which makes it a very convenient spot. The staff were super friendly and helpful, even at 4 am!

Front desk was amazing each night of our stay. We stayed before and after our cruise. Room was spacious and clean. They are doing some renovating on the property but it caused us no issues. Close to the airport! Would definitely stay here again. Even the shuttle driver was amazing!!

Check in was the best yet for my family. I called ahead to request an early check in due to an unexpected health issue with a family member (this is something I’ve never done before as check in times are scheduled in order for staff to properly prepare for guests). The gentleman at the front desk explained that every room was full and that he’d do his best but couldn’t promise anything. An hour later he actually phoned me back to tell me that he figured something out and that our room would be ready when we arrived at 1pm. Wow!! Thank you Homewood Suites for going the extra mile. It will not be forgotten!!
