Rory McGrath, the manager who checked us in, is very nice and accommodating. What a great way to start our stay. Did not get the name of the other staff who is very nice too. He is bald, sorry for the description but that's the only way I know to describe him. He is very nice. Cannot say the same though for the manager and staff who checked us out. So rude, they should not be working at the front desk. We needed few mins more to finish packing but they wanted to kick us out. Understand hotel is full that day but I think there is a nicer way to say things most especially if you are working at the front desk, you are the face of the hotel. Overall good stay other than horrible checkout experience.

The place was amazing and clean. In my issue I don’t know why I went form 719 to 785 after check out. I done have a detailed bill. Online said $719 my cc statement says $785? Staff was very very friendly.
