When we went to check in there was one person working behind the desk and they were dealing with a customer that had reservation issues. So we had to wait a while. Once we got checked in and was assigned to room 305. We got to the room and couldn’t get in. Went back to the front desk, told him that the door was not unlocking. He said that instead of pulling down on the handle to pull up. Went back to the room again tried what he said and it didn’t work. Called him from the phone by the elevator and he said he would assign a different room, but we had to go back down and get rekeyed since he was the only one there. We stay at this hotel a lot and this was the first time we had any problems.

I really liked that this area was not as congested and crowded as other properties near Disney. The price was reasonable and the breakfast was fantastic. Having shopping and restaurants close by meant we didn't need to rent a car. We used Lyft and the Park bus system to get to and from the parks. Lyft was great as were most of our bus rides, but the one that took an entire hour with many stops made us not want to use the bus again!

The rooms are very small. Pool area was nice, the were only accepting cash or to use the card on file with the hotel as a form of payment for the bar at the pool area. The bathroom in our room was not cleaned well. There was a qtip on the floor left by previous guest and hair on the soap dispensers in the shower. I did inform the front desk and they offered to have someone clean it right then but I asked to for them to clean the following day. They "cleaned"but the hair and qtip were still there. Breakfast was good , staff was friendly and accommodating.

Very good place to stay! Right next to all the Disney parks, had great breakfast, and family friendly. My only complaint is house keeping, they only come every other day which would be fine but they still didn’t seem to make it the days they were suppose to come.

I believe it was at capacity, yet we didn’t feel crowded nor struggled to find a place to sit for breakfast in a peak hour. We had a short line in the cafeteria, but the food was very good. The only long line was to get Mickey shaped waffles… worth doing it at least once😎
