All the hotel staff were very accommodating and pleasant. The carpet though was dirty, and smelled moldy. Although very accommodating on requests for new towels and extra blanket, when asked for housekeeping on our 2nd day, the sheets and beddings were just draped over and not tucked tight. Loved though that it was conveniently adjacent to a restaurant so it was easy to get something to eat or if we were too tired to go anywhere, we just walk over from the lobby to a connecting hallway.

This is not one of the hotels that has been upgraded. Our room was small and a little musty. The sheets were clean but very difficult to plug in phones and chargers as the outlets did not work that were right by the lamp. The second night when we came back there were no towels in the room. I had to go down to the desk and get towels. Parking is separate, you have to have a card and sometimes the arm was not working. However it reads your plate and will life the arm to get out. Just quite a hassle to get in and out when it does not work. There was a large event at the hotel so parking was not easy or fairly close. I tried the vending machine by the back door and it was empty. No one went out of their way to make our stay great. Which stinks because it was such an expensive hotel. I don’t think we will stay there again. No breakfast

Overall the stay was unsatisfactory. Im not sure if it was because we booked through expedia but we were placed in a room that was clearly unused in awhile- the toliet seat was off hinge hanging on one side , outlets were loose didnt even want to use it and dusty as well as no batteries in the tv remote also the bathroomwas not cleaned had hair all over it. Our first greeting was meet with indiffernce and no polite welcome. We heard someone right next to us get a whole greeting and explaination of their stay im assuming because they were a valued member from what I overheard. Leads me to believe booking through Expedia you will not get the services deserved very un happy The workers fix and addressed our problems in a fast manner none the less felt like all could have been avoided.

The first room we were assigned smelled of pure mold and wet carpet, we were then moved to a new room/floor. The new room smelled like nothing but bleach but that’s better than mold so we stayed in that room. There was a dog in the next room who barked for 6 hours straight while I’m assuming it was alone. It also woke me up at 7:30am barking again for another hour. I did advise the front desk about it. We could never get a hold of the front desk, we called over 35 times with no answer throughout our less than 12 hour stay. Our iron was broken, and again, no answer from the front desk. Do not recommend and would like a full refund for our stay. That was not good at all.

I have stayed here two times and first time I was like ok maybe it can happen but this time it was worse. The cleanliness is a 2 out of 10. The staff is a 2 out of 10. I will not be staying here no more. Don’t recommend unless you don’t mind those things.

The only nice thing about this hotel was the bed. The rooms and hallways are dated and dirty. When we checked out the halls were lined with housekeeping dirty laundry and trash bags. There were holes in the comforters and my grandsons feet were so dirty after running around on the carpet. The AC return vent kept falling out of the wall and there was moldy water in the bottom. The parking lot security arms were broken 2 out of the 3 days we were there. If you can’t scan in to the parking lot because the arm is broken, you cannot get out. We had to back out of the line, park the car and go inside to have someone override the system so that we could get out. All three keys had to be reprogrammed at different times of the trip because they weren’t working. The ladies working at the front desk do not seem to like their job and are not accommodating at all. Would not stay here again.
