Dirty dirty dirty! cleaning is not their strong! Needs renovations asap, the day we checked in we left the hotel to another hotel because of how dirty it was!

We like the attached TGIF restaurant. The property itself appears to be well maintained and it was quiet. The rooms are a bit run down, the carpet was old and dirty, and our bathroom had mold. When we turned on the heat, it stunk up the room and we had to air it out.

By far the worst hotel we’ve stayed , thankfully only a couple of nights. Very outdated and in urgent need of refurbishments. The smell in the room was unbearable , a mixture of bleach and damp/mould After a 6 hours journey all we wanted was to take a shower, no towel in the room !! We rang, waited and waited …. In the end we had to fetch some ourselves No apologies whatsoever from unhelpful stall No facilities on site, breakfast is next door, grotty and sticky TGF Avoid !!

It’s an okay hotel if you just need somewhere to sleep and you want to be walking distance to Universal. We arrived to a room that was fine overall, however the bathroom definitely could be cleaner. We realized around 9pm that there were no towels, wash clothes, floor mat, hand towel, shower liner, or toiletries in our room. After we went to the desk and also called again, it took until nearly midnight to receive any towels, and they only brought us two towels, two washcloths, and two hand towels. Then we were charged for parking for a portion of the trip after already prepaying for parking on Hotels.com, and are having to dispute it with the 3rd party parking company because the front desk said that they cannot do anything regarding the charge even though they acknowledged that we should not have been charged.

Needs improvement. This is an old hotel, a 2 2 or 3 star hotel. No friendly people at the front desk, smelly on the halls and rooms have this horrible, dirty and look from the 70s.
