Shower was broken, multiple elevators were broken, service was horrible. I requested sheets for sofa bed and had remind multiple times for it to be delivered. Not enough toiletries and no iron or hairdryer in the room. Limited coffee cups. Very unhappy with our stay for the price it was not worth even one star.

Every night the water was shut off for 7-8 hours and for maintenance and once during the day hours from 11-3pm. Our electric was out when we woke up our last day and non of this was mentioned at time of booking or even when we checked in. The room smelled like mold. The pool water was ice cold. Definitely won’t be going back. Horrible

Horrible Location stay at your own risk

This was the absolute worst stay I've had at a hotel. The water was turned off multiple times during my stay during the day and overnight I had to use a bottle water to take a shower , the room cleaners only left large towels with no washcloths after the first day and the elevators were broken the staff refused to refund any portion of my stay stating that the put letters under my door as if that excuses them for having no water or allowing me to check out. I will never stay here again and this Holiday Inn should be closed down for filthy conditions. I took photos of the shower but cannot upload them here

The staff was kind, helpful, and friendly. The housekeeping was great. The facility had some plumbing issues and water was turned off throughout the stay. Additionally, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night around 12:00 AM while they were working on the plumbing and the entire hotel had to evacuation.

The most horrific and dirty hotel ever stayed in.

The most horrific experience with no hot water and sudden emergency of water disconnection for the 2 nights and that was not a right thing for guests who have paid for it in advance and also not informed about a $50 deposit and on hotels.com it said no parking fee. The GM Rivan was extremely rude and she raised her voice when I mentioned to her about the most horrific experience ever at a hotel. I need a complete refund and an apology from the hotel and i am going to take this up further. I need a complete compensation for my stay.

The room was great for the price. However, the elevators were unsafe. My husband was in one alone and it free fell from the 6th floor to the 2nd floor so fast he almost hit his head off the ceiling of the cabin. When he got off, stunned, staff’s reaction was simply ‘oh, we had someone working on that today, they said it was fixed’. Nothing more was done or said to us. FRIDAYS attached to the hotel is horrible!! Worst meals we have ever had. Most days the hotel had coffee out and then one day it just wasn’t there. No one said anything. Finally we asked and we’re told, it’s in the hall by Friday’s. sometimes we just put it out here. Nothing was actually communicated to the guests. Other than the price, we wouldn’t stay again.
