The location was perfect. Our room was great for our size family. But the building was old, paint chipping, faucets leaked in the shower and sink. It felt like an old hotel.

The hotel is tired inside, be aware that there is a well hidden parking charge of $27 ($25 tax) per night, which is unusual for Orlando hotels. it is hidden multiple layers in the fine print. If you add this to the nightly rate you can find better options around the area. I also stepped on a big screw on the carpet in my room.

The rooms needed cleaning and updating. Specially the 4th floor smelled of mildew and had recent flood damage which effected the smell of the entire floor. The rooms arent updated and look more like a motel but having 2 separate rooms was great.

The property itself is tired. The outdoor pool is not heated despite being there before Thanksgiving. We spent only one night here but if this was my main hotel to stay at that would have upset me. Upon arrival we found out that the shuttle kiosk was closed and both morning times were already booked resulting in us needing to take an Uber to the parks in order to make opening. Disappointed as this was the main reason I booked this hotel.

They charged me $106 at 3am claiming they originally undercharged me by $50. Couldn’t tell me why they charged $106 instead of $50 and said it was for a pet fee, that I confirmed was already on my bill at check-in. Didn’t call or let me know they would be charging my card in the middle of the night and won’t give me my money back. Talked to other people staying there who claimed their room had fleas and the hotel staff wouldn’t refund their money either. Would never stay here again, sketchy and money hungry.

The hotel was clean! I didn’t like the over priced activities fee! Not sure what all that was about! There are no activities!! Also the parking fee was over the top! You only find out about the two fees once you arrive! This is not cool and nothing to show for it!
