We will never come back to this hotel again. It was so horrible we didn’t even stay till our original check out date. We arrived to the hotel around 9PM. The guest service wasn’t bad at all. Now their hidden fees were quite ridiculous for just staying 3 days but we said ok let’s do it anyways. We asked about food and we were told the marketplace stayed open till 1030pm so we headed straight there. We ordered our food and sat down. As we were eating the security, Regnald, walked up to us and told us that they were closed. It had just turned 10pm. We mentioned that they told us in the front they were opened till 10:30pm. He then proceeded to tell us they were wrong, that they close at 10PM on the weekday. To “eat faster.” I found this to be incredibly rude and unprofessional. When we walked in the room we found the toilet roll on the floor. Walked into the master bedroom, light was flickering, half the curtain was hanging off, we found blood splatter on the kids bunk bed, and balls of hair in the fridge. It was absolutely disgusting. I went to the front desk and told them all about it showed them picture and they told me sorry we will give you $25 off We will send room service tomorrow morning to give it a vip cleaning and I’ll send you the electrician right away. Btw now it’s 11PM almost 12AM. I asked to get a new room and they said unfortunately they couldn’t. They also mentioned that they were surprised the security guard has not been fired yet.

While this hotel has lots of potential to be fun and exciting, I was very grossed out by the cleanliness of the room, elevators, and bathrooms. You could physically see the dirt on the white walls in the rooms and bathrooms and on the floor. I walked around the room in shoes because it was leaving dirt on my feet. The blankets had hair in them. I am thankful that I wasn’t staying in the hotel for a resort feel. Thankfully I was gone all day exploring theme parks. While the room was disgusting the customer service from Zoe up front was great. She was so sweet and gave us an upgrade instead of making us wait for our room to be ready. The people up front hounding you to accept a “free” gift was very unsettling. Once turned down they became quite rude.

The property’s facilities are really good. The waterpark and pools are very good and clean and have lifeguards and pool boys that are very helpful. Our room was ok. Beds were really comfortable but the drawers in the bunk room were off the hinges. The bathroom was very clean and big and the master bedroom was awesome too with a big double closet. I used the text message system to contact the front desk and this provided with fast efficient service to my requests. The only trouble we had was with a bunch of teenagers running around and being loud at 11pm (after 10pm quiet time) and after contacting the front desk 3x by text they sent a security officer and they solved the problem which was very much appreciated.

Hurricane Milton escape
We went to escape hurricane Milton due to power outage at our home. The resort had some tree debris in the water park area (understandable) so it wasnt available the evening we got there and they were still cleaning the morning we left. I was a little upset that we had to pay the resort fee even though the amenities were not available. I think they should have waived the fees for that day.
