It’s ghetto, ppl smokimg all over u can hardly breathe , elevator work when it feels like so u have to be using the stairs more , when the rain falls u can’t walk down on the bottom floors or else u will be walking in puddles of dirty water washing up on your feet its jus a disaster , u have a feel of staying in a motel there rather than on hotel , I’ve never been in on hotel like this before

They didn’t have a room when I arrived and had to go half way across town until check in the followed by day. Property is huge with only 1 functioning elevator. Very good place for kids because there were a million kids running around. The pool party is all day long so if you have a room with the pool view it will be noisy the entire day and you won’t be able to sleep. They have those time share people on site which is very annoying. The rooms were modern clean and comfortable but a little underwhelming than as described in the picture. I was expecting a kitchen but instead it was a mini fridge and a little sink in the corner. Parking was hard to access and the parking lot was confusing. If you did not park near the working elevator you had to walk all the way to the other side of the building just to go up the elevator with kids and a bunch of luggage and walk all the way down and back. They really need to make sure all of those elevators are working because it can be a safety hazard.

Check-in was long because they were understaffed with only one staff member at the desk and a long line. There were a few other things, but I think the most frustrating part was the poor first aid response then my daughter jammed her finger going down the slide and how not all imformation about cabana rental was disclosed during reservation when it was paid. Overall we had enjoyable time, but wouldnt stay here again.

I never stay again here. I booked for 2 nights with an total amount of $573 nights and I had to left earlier so I just slept for 1 night but I pay a complete amount for the 2 nights with no problem. But after I pay they charge me another amount of $355 for supposedly by mistake, I called and they only refunded me $200 the rest of the money they keep saying that they can’t refund me more than that, the real reason they never give a good reason.

This is an older space that is great if you have young ones. The rooms have built in cubbies and bunk beds. The kitchen amenities are minimal, so expect to dine out. Main pool with slides close at different times of the day, so know those before arriving. Check in was slow, one maybe two people at the desk. They charge for parking and a resort fee. It's takes a budget hotel price and approaches a mid range short, so keep that in mind when planning. Nice staff & stiff drinks at the poolside bar. Just know when that bar closes. Tasty fried chicken at the pizza place. Great Cadillac margarita in the food court.

Horrible experience since day 1. When i booked my trip. I was suppose to be what we payed. When we get there i was charge for another 120$ that i didn't know. After that they send us to the building 6. Where the elevator doesn't work and the ice machine. Then the second day in the top room there were people making noise almost all night long. I called several times to the frint desk but definitely they doesn't care at all. They literally stop making noise around 2am. So definitely we aren't staying here again even.

They are money hungry! Don’t just expect to pay the amount here on hotel.com once you get there you will need to pay for the resort fee and 30$ a night PER CAR. Sickening, Such a bummer we will not be coming back. Also way too crowded and the music for the kids events were not for children to be dancing to.

Okay Stay with issues

We love the location but we had a few issues this trip. Had to go to the front desk everyday to get small wash clothes because they didn’t put them in the room. The carpet smelled and the elevator was broken. It’s very expensive to stay here and not have the amenities you need.
