Overall, this property was clean and easily accessible to the surrounding area. The amenities were nice and clean. The rooms were comfortable and had many of the little comforts to make our stay more pleasurable. I wish there had been more shuttles back and forth to Disney.

Everything was good the only thing is that if you take the elevator in building B and your room is on building D the signalization showing you the path to your building is not good. You end in a fire stairway between buildings and the door to the next building does not have a signal telling you the name of the building.

This property is close to Disney. I reserved and paid for the room online and when I arrived at the hotel they charged me an additional $45 for resort fees and a $20/night parking fee. This is something I was not aware of or I would have found another hotel. The room was huge and beds were comfortable. It is an older hotel, but in good condition.

Property was very nice, pool area was clean and looked fun and even heated (too cold for us to swim). Room was a nice size but there was a strange sound in the ceiling each night. Sounded like very small beads being dropped every 5 minutes. We had white noise to play, so didn't keep us awake.

Everything was nice except for the unexpectedly high junk fees that totaled $73 for the one night we stayed above and beyond what we paid Expedia for the booking. Parking was $20 the remaind were amenities fees, and all we did was sleep there.

The resort is nice but it is difficult to navigate. The complimentary transportation from Disney Springs was nice to have, but when I called the hotel to ask about it, the lady I spoke with had no information. The schedule for the transportation is pretty bizarre and doesn’t offer a lot of opportunities for going to the parks.

This was the 2nd time we stayed here & we love it! We are a family of 6 with shall children & hotels always want to supérate us into 2 rooms, but Holiday Inn actually offers a room big enough to accommodate all of us. Also, they gave us vouchers for all 4 children for 3 free meals a day at the Applebees on the property!!! We will always book here every time we’re in Orlando. Thanks for such an awesome experience!

Room wasn't ready so they said they'd text me when it was ready. After 2 hours, we were tired of waiting so we went back to the front desk. Room was magically ready!! Room was adequate for us, temperature was either cold or hot, never in between. Comfortable bed, had everything we needed. Love the balcony overlooking the pool area but it was the coldest day ever so we didn't use it.

Missing basic services

Nice hotel, attached restaurant was nice. Rooms clean. Several towers ,difficult to navigate without going through pool/bar area. NO ICE MACHINES.
