We were disappointed they tried to charge us a parking fee and when we got there the front desk staff did not seem like they cared at all. They did eventually remove it and the lady who sent us the message to check on our stay was very understanding:

So so clean!! Never stayed at such a clean hotel - I could tell they really work hard on a detailed clean and it is so appreciated. We are actually coming back to Orlando next month and we are booking again:) Would 10/10 recommend considering the price & location. Staff were so kind!

Terrible stay for the expensive price. Shower barely worked, tub wouldn’t drain. Sheets had washed out red stains. Beds had been indents in them. There were kids running around screaming from 2-4am the first night and a drunk couple fighting and screaming the second night. No staff around to manage the situation. Barley got any sleep. Building A’s elevator was broken, had to use building B’s. Only one of the 2 was working. Spent tons of time waiting for elevator. Was on 4th floor with a stroller. Charged me an extra $80 when I got there for security and hotel parking is $20/day. I had to leave at 6am and called the hotel 4x since leaving to talk to someone and no one will answer the phones. Garbage service and stay.

We will return again!

We chose this hotel for comfort and cause it was close to our destinations for our anniversary, hotel staff was SUPER nice!! We had a close parking spot every time we arrived back. Bed was comfy, pillows a little too soft, but no big deal. Room was SUPER clean, bar at pool was excellent, Applebee's entrance in the hotel, we played in arcade, so much fun. Shower pressure was incredible. Room was huge! Fridge, microwave, very convenient. We loved this hotel. We will return again.

Upon arrival, the room smelled like mildew. Fire alarm went off at 12:15 am. Our floor smelled so heavily of weed. I called down to the front desk but they were still busy after the fire alarm fiasco. I was awoken again around 7 am with heavy smell of pot on our room and again by security at 8 am asking when we were checking out. Not the most comfortable bed. Pool area is nice but we won’t be staying again.

The complaint I had was the breakfast being everyday the same and not that good. You have extra for amenities when the pool has cold water which should really be warmer. The gym has one trademill and they charge u $150 for that amenities along with $20 a day for parking. Insane. The room was clean but you have the front desk to change your towels or they won’t come to change it. Other than that it’s an ok hotel but NOT 4-5 stars for sure.

Thin doors

Bed was comfy. Room was clean. But the adjoining room doors are very thin and hold back almost no sound. So I could hear conversations of the family next door. And another night was a crying baby which woke me up multiple times. I have children so do not fault the family or child. Just makes for a tougher sleep
