Worst hotel experience I’ve had for a while. Will never come back. Wish there was a way this hotel could be excluded from future search results. AC went out which caused excessive humidity in the room. Had to call multiple times for someone to address the issue. Also had a light that was fallen out of the wall with bare wires sticking out.

Good stay
There were a few hiccups but the staff did their best to correct as fast as possible. Lost power several times the 1st 2 nights on my side of the hallway and then fire alarm on morning of last day. Was still a good stay. Everyone was really nice and house keeping was thorough.

The room was great! The bed was so comfortable, clean room, provided toiletries great, clean room. Only issue was the internet connection kept going in and out. I had to work some while here and had to keep reconnecting several times. The gift shop on site was boarded up also. It was great having an Applebees connected to the lobby and had a cute Tiki bar by the pool. Would recommend

Just a bad experience
First off, let me start by saying I’m truly not a complainer. I don’t even know if I’ve ever left a review and I have stayed at hotels more times than I can count. I have no idea what the noise was, but when I tell you every single day and night there was a loud noise and vibration that shook the wall and door and we recorded it! It lasted on and off 24 hours a day. It was the craziest thing I’ve experienced at a hotel. We requested extra blankets and towels multiple times, went to the desk several times to ask again and they kept saying we will get them to you. When I tell you at least HALF of the plug in outlets did NOT work, we had to take turns charging devices on one outlet. We are at the connecting Applebees and the service there was horrible, the food was by far worse than just hitting up a McDonald’s- honestly I’d rather had gone to McDonald’s. 90$ for “medium” steak that was as dry as beef jerky and dried out mashed potatoes, I’m just gonna stop there. I’ll def think twice before booking here again. I hope they see this and take note and fix these issues

It was nice and clean. I liked that you needed a card to get in the building, so not just anyone can come in. But at night, you could hear the next door people showering and making noise. I had the first floor, and some people were arguing outside at 2am, waking my entire family.

The location of this property is great. The staff were very welcoming answered any questions we had. The price of the hotel was great compared to the higher dollar accommodations. There was no need to pay more for a place to sleep. The rooms were plenty for what we needed. The whole facility was clean where we noticed. Thank you.

Our room was very cold when we checked in. 62 degrees. We set the thermostat to 68 and heat before we went out to dinner. We got back and the room temp was 59 degrees and blowing ice cold air. I called the desk and asked to switch to a room where the hvac worked. They could not accomodate, said theyre too full. Sent up their maintenance man at midnight. He took apart the unit and got it to blow warm air. Well it now would not stop blowing warm air and the room got up to 80 degrees and woke us up out of a sleep, turned the thermostat down but it kept blowing hot air. The thermostat was inop. All we wanted was a little bit of sleep before our 6am flight out. The front desk person said all they can offer is to credit back parking fees. Well we didnt have a vehicle. Very bad stay. Wont be staying here again.

This hotel is very dirty and neglected, the reception staff was not very friendly when we needed guidance, especially when arriving at night, if you don't know the building it is a labyrinth. I don't recommend it and I don't plan to return, the only positive thing about the hotel is the included breakfast and the location.
