The hotel room was clean upon arrival and it is close to the parks. Relatively cheap compared to competitors and the pool area/hot tubs were nice to have even in the colder winter months.

We stayed the night between our 2 days at Disney World. The hotel was easy to get to and we were able to take the shuttle to Epcot. Very convenient and easy. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and the bed was very nice.

Enjoyable getaway
We enjoyed our stay, front desk was informative and friendly. The bartenders were attentive and friendly. Enjoyed the comfort of our room. Only one small issue, no TV guide. We found the football game we wanted to watch but had to go through several channels to find it. Other than that no issues and would come back to stay.

The hotel staff friendly and professional. The hotel room was super clean and I had amazing view from the balcony. The location was an added plus! To top it off had a restaurant conviently locate next door. Oh and for those who plan to stay and have children their is plenty to do for the little one from pool time, to watching a full screen indoor movie theater, and arcade room!! So stop in and catch some Zzz cause the beds are comfortable!!!

The only thing that keeps me from giving a terrible review is the staff who were very nice. The place needs a remodel. It was shocking to me that it was found in this condition. Would not stay here again. Because the condition of the desk chair alone is a sign; this can easily be replaced and if this goes overlooked then what else does.

Hotels.com hidden fees upon check in
We have stayed here before (Feb. 2024) and came back for this Jan. 2025 trip. If they could get their crap together, this could be one of the best places in LBV to stay. First, hotels.com did NOT properly disclose all of the other "fees" I would be hit with when we arrived. $20/night for parking was a joke. The claim was "secure" parking but the gate to the "secure" parking lot area was left open several times and saw multiple cars come in on one entry. The gate leading into the hallway corridor to get to rooms was left propped open several times and all I was told is security would look into it. The $30/night resort fee is a joke and money grab that should be illegal. Now, the room itself was fine. Water pressure was really low but the beds were really comfortable. This is more of a knock on Hotels.com booking process, be careful!

Our only concern was the lights in the parking lot were to bright at night that our room was lit up after we closed both set of curtains. I need complete darkness to sleep and I was only able to sleep for 2 hours each night. I would suggest putting a tint on the windows that are affected by the outside lights.
