Outrageous fees
Hotel charged $50 per night extra. $30 for resort fee and then $20 for parking. I complained and desk clerk waived parking fee. We also found a roach in the bathroom, but the room was very nice and clean overall.

Hallways were very noisy until 3am. Housekeeping started knocking at 9am to clean, and knocked about every 30 mins until we left. There was also dog poop on the sidewalk outside the back door- I almost rolled my suitcase through it!

It's a beautiful property, however the room that we had was mediocre. The curtains dont shut, only a sheer covering. I was pleased with how clean the room was. I didnt like that we had to go out of the building to get a drink from a vending machine. One of the staff was rude, but everyone has off days. The two room for the bunkbends with the kids isnt an actual room. It is a cubicle type thing and it doesn't reach the ceiling so there is no privacy at all from the master bedroom. The breakfast is another issue, I paid 17 dollars for my breakfast and I'm pregnant so i could only eat a few eggs and a half piece of sausage off of my plate and the person wouldn't let me take any of it back to my room. So 17 dollars for 4 bites of egg and a half sausage patty isn't worth it. I just wated to take thenfood that was already on my plate. Overall I'd give it a 3.

Very clean and friendly hotel. From the front desk staff to the workers I encountered everyone was helpful and accommodating. Also wonderful amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and pleasure

I asked for help about the wifi not working and was not fixed. I was offered to move to another room but did not accept due to the inconvenience. The bathroom made noises for all the nights I stayed there and the power went our twice once morning.
