NEEDS UPDATING BAD!

Room was not clean when we arrived. There was a used q-tip in the floor, toilet was not cleaned, and the was rust in the bathroom on things. The air conditioner did not work well, very warm in the room. Two of the elevators did not work at the hotel, the one that actually did was extremely cramped and super slow.

The room was great although we had a terrible time controlling the room temperature…always too hot or too cold. Would have liked more options for breakfast but it was OK. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We found the hotel lounge great and ,friendly bartender, Eric.It was like we know him all our lives made us feel comfortable and we had a good time. Did not like the parking ,because it was limited spaces in front of the thing less handicap spots. It was located in a good spot to walk across the street to old town but otherwise the place was very quiet and clean

It was very close to fun spot the hotel looks like it has been totally redone. Its beautiful inside rooms were perfect It has at a bar food pool that was clean. It’s the best hotel. I’ve stayed at in a long time. When I left, I booked three more weekends in the next two months.

Staff were amazing and hotel was clean. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because a biker group also stayed during our time there, not a problem. The problem began when the manager allowed their drinking to get so out of hand that fights were beginning to break out. They were yelling, cussing, and threatening to kill each other just 5 feet away from my babies (in the lobby and outside of the front doors) while we were trying to check in. Took us awhile to get checked in because of this.
