The room was filthy . Front desk people not cordial and gossiping in front of guest instead of paying attention to the person in front of them. They were unwelcoming and unprofessional . The tv was not working . Maintenance person fix it . However the room should have being check before arrival.

Wonderful stay!
Our stay was amazing. They upgraded our room to a suite. The suite was beautiful and spacious. The on property store was convenient for picking up drinks, snacks, and little souvenirs. We also enjoyed the hotel bar once we got back from the parks. All of the staff was pleasant and helpful.

I really liked staying here. We had 3 days in LA and wanted something near the airport. When we checked in Paulina the receptionist went above and beyond to make sure we were ok. She even helped me and my family out with the public transport (which is amazing as it stops and picks up just outside this accomodation). It has a guest laundry so you can do your washing before you leave and the rooms were always spotless. I would stay here again
