We had the worst day ever before we arrived, the gentleman checking us in was so kind, the wait staff at your restaurant was exceptional, the food was delicious. It all turned around when we arrived.

Facilities were fine, could not access the internet (Wi-Fi) even with reception staff interaction. Felt I had a fair reception when I joined but on departure I said goodbye and thanks but was ignored. Post visit I have requested my hotel bill on numerous times to support my expenses but nothing received.

Wasn’t able to get through on the phone number provided to get shuttle service from the airport to the hotel which was the whole reason I chose this hotel! We did arrive late at night so the service was lacking.
