Check in process took a long time. Staff Fezel was rude when we turned down the tour. He was checking out social media on his phone while waiting on us. Our first room was filthy with carpet stains, mildew smell and broken glass on the floor. Seemed like a high price for the room we received

The property is beautiful for the price for the fun pass. It doesn’t really include much. The only companies I have was about my room. The garbage disposal was clogged and kept overflowing. There was looks like debris behind the TV with a lot of dust. It looks like they didn’t clean the room very well, cause it was still rubber bands from the previous people Other than that it was good.
