great location and pools

Great location easy walk to Disney springs. Free shuttle to all Disney parks. Great pool and lazy river. good service at pool bar, restaurant and citrus Starbucks cafe. Room servicing poor. We opted for every other day and still they missed a day. We ran out of body wash, toilet paper and towels. All said we had a great time and would definitely return.

Location is ideal for a visit to Disney Springs or parks and in walking distance from many. Ice restaurants. The room itself however was very disappointing. It has not seen a decent cleaning or even general maintenance in some time. The bathroom was disgusting and had what appeared to be fecal matter on the walls. Would not stay here again.

Great pool area. Room was nice and spacious. 5 to 10 minute walk to Disney Springs. It is a good neighbor hotel so you can get the 30 minute early park admission. I would stay again.

Property was close to Disney and had a free shuttle. The hotel and room was extremely dated and old. The bathroom had some black mold and the toilet took 30 minutes to refill the water after each use.

I did not get the suite that I booked , and it took the staff downstairs at least 30 minutes to accommodate me and remedy the situation . A lot of noise upstairs
