The hotel was nice. The walls super thin so you can hear everything. But that was not the problem It was bugs!!! I told the staff that there was bugs in our room and they laughed and said ooh that’s Florida . The counter was full of ants and they accused me of food in my hotel room. The bugs were there before we showed up. Nobody thought it was a big deal To see snakes in lobby and bugs in the room. Not that I wanted a discount but being laughed at was not nice..

This was an okay hotel. The room was in need of updates. The staff was just okay. Not too many of them around. Our room was not the cleanest I have stayed in. We we entered the room I noticed a toe nail on the carpet. I dropped a q tip to see if they would pick it up ( to see if they vacuum the rooms. ) it was there until we left. Could be there now. The shower gel was completely out. Never refilled while we were there. The shower floor was not clean. They cleaned (?)my room each day. The best part of this hotel was the Disney perks. Early admission and free bus ride. The walk to Disney springs was a long one. Out of the hotel and down the street to a cross walk.

Excellent service, comfy rooms and best of all that lazy river! Had a great little weekend getaway. Perfect location to walk to Disney Springs. Staff was amazing.

Loved all the amenities at the resort. Lazy river was by far my favorite part and the jacuzzi. Lots of good food options too. Shuttle (free) to Disney World is available via a link or calling 3 days before your planned disney time. Room was clean but the AC vents need to be CLEANED. I've slept on better Hilton beds in the past. Otherwise next time im going to disney definitely staying here!

Bad. Screeching toilet. Broken Shower.
So I’m usually very pleased with this hotel and have given it rave reviews because of its proximity to Disney springs and general amenities. I am a passholder to a park and stay there almost every visit to Orlando. That being said… this trip was no bueno. I contacted the hotel prior to my arrival to ask if they had any packages to prep a room for a celebration. I just got engaged. The answer was a thoughtless no. Could care less. I get there and check in to a mobility friendly room. The shower was one of those that had a hand held feature. The problem was it was broken, leaking and only faced the wall. Furthermore, the toilet made a terrible screeching sound for minutes after flushing. I contacted the front desk and they said they couldn’t change my room at all and would send someone within half an hour. At 11pm. I’m like forget it I’m tired. The next morning I go to the front desk and show them videos of the room so then they decide they magically have a room available to switch me. I was checking out the next morning so would only be in the new room one night. If there’s one thing that I think is TACKY is when room service bangs on the door hours before checkout. I felt rushed and disrespected after the room fiasco. They took off the self parking charges for the trouble, but still charged me. I’m irritated to be honest. I always stay here, but man this experience was really bad.
