Our only issue was night time parking. Very hard to find spots by your room. We felt safe and the property was quiet. We appreciated how friendly and accommodating staff was.

False advertisement in photos

I did not get the room I booked there seems to be false advertisement for pictures when trying to book a room. I wanted a jetted tub inside of the bedroom, preferably and I did not get that. The supervisor informed me that has been a issue, unfortunately.

Great place and FREE parking!

Excellent service and our suite was great. Being next to the Outlet mall meant we could just walk across. Made things super easy. Free parking was also a plus as most hotels charge a fortune in Orlando now. Would go back without hesitation. The only -ve was that they no longer do transportation to the parks.

The room was so amazing and every staff member from the pizzeria to the front desk staff, security was magnificent. Only drawback was parking. I had to park very far away after returning from park about 10pm with a little one. should have 1 space marked per room.

We stayed at this hotel for a quick three night stay so we could visit Magic Kingdom. We had a one bedroom suite and it was a beautiful room. The tub was huge (my favorite part of the trip), so my son was able to have his own space in the front room area (sofa bed). There is an outlet mall right next door with lots of good food options at its food court. Would definitely recommend!

Used to be great, trending in the wrong direction

Used to love this property but it is starting to show its age. Booked two suites for 12 days and got stuck in a handicapped (I am not handicapped) suite with a shower that overflowed the entire bathroom floor every time it was used, toilet ran non-stop, washer was rusted and dirty looking and parking very difficult in the evening.

We loved this hotel!! The pool and live music was great. The area around the hotel was awesome and we walked everywhere. Convenient to drive into the theme parks. Parking is not ideal, and we had to park completely on the other side of the resort which is a long walk. There were often no open spots. The staff was super friendly and nice, until you decided you didn’t want to do their timeshare meeting and then they were very rude to you and didn’t want to help you. So either do the meeting, or get treated poorly. We’d definitely stay again but just be aware of the small negatives! Otherwise everything was amazing and we loved it!
