Spent one night. King bed was comfy and so was the room. We were on the pool side. If you didn't have the fan running on the ac, it was a bit noisy. Our shower needed major strength to turn on the faucet and then when it was turned off, it continued to drip. Let the front desk know. Breakfast was delicious.

Website stated breakfast was included but found out after checking in that it was $16 per person per day. Toilet was shaky and not secured to the floor. Bathtub faucet and shower head piping was not secure to the wall and lose when turning on shower. The hotel closed the pool and laindry facilities.due to low custimer count checked in so they wouldnt have to clean it.

The room (533) smelled of mold. It knocked you out when you first entered but you got used to it after five minutes. The shower did not work properly and would jump from warm to scalding while taking a shower. The bed was also uncomfortable. Other than that, all common areas were clean and staff friendly.

Our check in went smoothly and room was ready and staff was friendly. The breakfast was good as well . However we could not use pool or hot tub amenities they were closed the entire weekend. The maintenance of building needs attention elevator was bit noisy the property and room was clean .was not aware of the parking fee when i made the reservation. However the rate was reasonable the room was clean served our weekend getaway needs just no access to amenities was disappointing

Suited our needs perfectly. We spent the day at a theme park and arrived late, maybe ten minutes before midnight. I was greeted by a very friendly woman at the front desk. She checked me in, gave me two bottles of water, and even spent time recommending nearby locations to go get something to eat. We arrived to our room and a light was on, ac was turned down niiiice and cold. Much appreciated. Room condition was standard. Sheets were clean, there were plenty of clean towels. Another plus for me is that the window unit for the ac had an option to run the fan all night- I like white noise. I could still hear louder vehicles from the street and a voice or two from the hallway… but that’s livable. Bathroom had a long countertop with sink and great for spreading out toiletries while getting ready. There was a mini fridge, microwave, and a little coffee maker with various pods. There are signs of wear; scuffs here and there on wall, but nothing that worried me very much. It’s a hotel in a really busy area-it still comes out very much ahead of the others for me. Solid stay. We left very satisfied and would definitely stay again.

Spent one night here due to a missed flight! It was a nice hotel and we enjoyed our one night in Orlando. We made it to Downtown Disney and had a great time. Next day flew out to Costa Rica.
