The customer service was excelelnt. Obviously being renovated but not completed. The floor had cracks and creaks. The bathroom towel rack and shower head were falling off the wall. There was no coffee pot in room. The hair dryer did not work nor the lamp outlets. There was only one trashcan and it was in bathroom. It was about what you should expect for the price. Wouldn't stay again.

Manager assaulted me, took my phone from me forcefully when I tried to record it, then threatened to call the cops and kicked me out and told me if have to forfeit my deposit on order to get my property which I left in the room. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It looks nice in the pictures, but in reality, it feels abandoned. The building is in terrible condition, and everything seems completely neglected. The place was extremely dirty. The sheets were stained, the floor was filthy, and there was mold on the ceiling. The bathroom was old and unhygienic. The entrance to the hotel looks nothing like the photos—it’s shocking how different it is. Even the elevator felt like something out of a horror movie. Trying to speak with the manager was pointless—she was never at the hotel and didn’t respond to emails. Neither the hotel nor Expedia did anything to help. I asked several times for assistance, but I never received a refund. It was a terrible experience. Avoid this place at all costs.

The room was dirty, urine stains on the floor and toilet, black shoe marks on the floor throughout the room. When I told the front desk how dirty the room was, she handed me a tub of Clorox wipes for me to clean the room with because there wasn’t any from house keeping working. I didn’t pay to stay at your hotel to clean the room myself, I canceled the room and stayed somewhere else

The only thing wrong was the air conditioner was very very loud you couldn't even hear the television with because of the air conditioner and the walls are very thin and you can hear it people upstairs flushing their toilet other than that the place was really clean the staff was really polite

The hotel is more like a motel. Toilet were clean, but stains . Bathroom appeared clean but floor was slippery. The bath was too low which caused flooding in the bath area. The compound has sketchy people. Smelled full of weed. Is very noisy sometimes as i believe alpt of loacal frequent that hotel.thr maintenence guy was nice as he helped me with a luggage issue. If you are staying there, make sure and stay in groups ..its ok for the low price.

Originally missed the location entrance as it was not labeled Travelodge. The sign out front says suburban suites so that's confusing. Breakfast is crappy grab and go granola bars and junk tbh.
