I’ve always loved this resort. This was our third time coming back to Grande Villas and the hotel really goes above and beyond to make you feel safe and welcome. Love the pool, hot tub. I did not and haven’t ever liked the food options available on property. That’s literally the only negative thing. If you order takeout, DoorDash will not be able to find you as well because of the layout of the building.

Every was perfect! Super clean, great view's even better customer service! I was super tired when I landed from the airport. After the airport, I went earlier to make sure I was at the right place. The lady at the front desk said my room was ready now and she gave it to me at 9am instead of waiting till 3pm. That was really cool we were all tired and needed to rest.

Grand Villas was really nice. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The whole resort was clean and looked after extremely well. However, it does need updating and although clean it is old and worn out I.e the drawers in our room constantly opened by them selves 😂 unless you have ghosts? Transport was in the Hilton Resirt next door (Cyprus Point) at 7.05am which was really early when parks don’t open till 10am. It would have been great to have one later but saying that they were free so saved you money on parking. Thank you for a great stay 😀

Andrea at the reception desk upgraded our room after we told her about a sticky spot on the carpet that had not been cleaned well. She upgraded our room and we had a great, comfortable stay. We have been coming to Grande Villas and it never disappoints us.

The property was in good shape for the most part. Looked some work was being done on it. The sliding door out to the balcony had a strange lock on it that should be replaced.
