The Galleria Palms was a very easy location for a Disney World trip. The Hotel had a descent breakfast that our Daughter liked so it saved a few dollars and time compared to other options. The shuttle was convenient, although didn’t allow for rope drop to many parks so we chose to Uber the majority of the time. The swimming pool was nice, and the fresh baked cookies every afternoon were delicious. The room had all of the amenities we could want and the bed was very comfortable. We brought an Apple TV so we had Disney . We found that after visiting the park we wanted to watch Disney movies associated with the rides we were on each day. Dining options around the hotel were plenty. Many withing walking distance, and Walmart was only a few minutes away. The oriental Resteraunt across the highway was out favourite and the bibimbap was the best I’ve ever had. Sickies garage bar had great burgers and beer and was a short jaunt. CVS is literally next door and open 24 hours. Definitely recommend as a cost efficient option to a Disney trip as the prices on the onsite resorts are amazingly expensive. I hear there are some benefits to staying onsite at Disney so I reccomend weighing your options. We had a great time and next time we come we would be happy to stay at the Galleria Palms again.

This is my 4th stay. I like this hotel for its location (10-15 minute drive to Disney). However this time there was construction going on …. Across the hall!!! Noise, plastic on the hallway carpet, etc. After returning from Disney at Midnight, it would have been nice not to have the noise start so early. The updates to the hotel are nice, but laminate floors in the room aren’t conducive to a quiwt atmosphere

The hotel is updated and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nicely appointed. The hotel staff are friendly and attentive to guests. I felt safe and secure at the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was more than adequate. In fact the scrambled eggs were among the best I’ve had anywhere. I strongly recommend this hotel

I don’t know if it was being bone weary tired, but this was the best sleep I’ve had in awhile! Beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. We were near the front desk (high traffic area) and really didn’t hear much noise from the halls. Very convenient to Disney. Would stay again.

I had booked a room with two queens was told they had no more was given a room with a king. Normally not an issue, but was with a friend , not related and no desire to sleep together or on a sofa pull out. The desk clerk said it was their choice to move us, so they would refund half our room fee.
