This is our second time to stay here, this time of course was a return because we really enjoyed the quality for the price! Price! There's always fresh baked Otis spunkmeyer cookies, the pool is clean and the beds are comfy! The staff is always there ready to assist as well.

The safe was broken, the spigot in the bathroom was broken and leaking, the floor was never swept or clean, the door lock was broken by housekeeping but not reported so we waited at the end of a long day for maintenance to cut the interior lock off, and the room was HALF clean (housekeeping had locked themselves out before finishing the job), the air conditioner was loud and never cooling during the night…. Sadly they were sold and completely ruined….

More or less what you would expect from a budget hotel. They do an adequate job of offering accommodation for those who seek no frills stays that are budget friendly. Overall the hotel was clean and the beds were comfy. Negatives were that the shower curtain let water through that caused water to pool and even caused puddles all the way to the front door. I am also not a fan of bare floors in hotels. The breakfast was limited but at least free. So was parking, which is good considering the trend for mid priced hotels now starting to charge for parking in Orlando. Overall not bad for a quick stay at the parks if you mainly just plan to sleep there.

Good: Price was value for money. Free shuttle service to Disney parks. Breakfast included. Free WIFI. Daily housekeeping. Conveniently located next to CVS, IHOP, etc Bad: No variety in breakfast. No gym. Last 2 days the housekeeping did not make up the beds. While shuttle service is free, the bus arrives at the hotel at 10:30am for EPCOT and Hollywood Studios which is very late (more than an hour and a half after the parks are open).

Fantastic stay

My stay was great. From checkin to checkout everyone was friendly and helpful The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had a king bed with a sleeper sofa, microwave and mini fridge with plenty of storage. The bed was comfortable and there were a variety of pillows to choose one you liked The breakfast was hot with a nice variety. The ladies working it were friendly and restocked food all the time so you didn't have to wait. The pool area was nice and quiet. It was always clean and had plenty of seating. Overall this is a great place to stay and I'm already counting the days til next year

We stay 4 nights with 2 king bed room. Breakfast was just ok. Cleanliness of property was good. Room service was just ok cause items wasn’t refilled properly as it should be. Water was dripping in shower on both of our room on 5th floor. You have to squeeze too hard then it will stop. Water in toilet had a slow leak which cause fill up noise every 30 mins. Wall patch with blank outlet all over & all different color, so un-professional. All amenities were there as it should be which was a plus. Lobby was clean. Lift makes noise after goes up at 5th floor. Sometimes it’s scary. I gave 4 star cause of price & front desk customer service was good. Overall cleanness of property was good. 15 mins avg driving to all 4 Disney attractions.

Wow, what can I say? Excellent from the beginning to when we checked out. Breakfast was excellent, I especially liked the little egg quiches. Pool was clean and clear, cold, but it was still earlier in April, and hasn't had a chance to warm up yet. Restaurants and stores were in walking distance. Safe, peaceful, family friendly hotel that me and the family will definitely stay again in the future.

The breakfast with variety, clean room without carpets, clean bathroom, no room or bathroom structure or damage conditions, staff is super friendly and helpful, Pool was clean with towels available, fresh baked cookies in the lobby every afternoon. No bus shuttle to Animal Kingdom but they do have to the other 3 Disney Parks.

Loved staying at the Galleria Palms! It’s within walking distance to Walmart, CVS, lots of gift shops and plenty of eateries. Only a short 10min uber to the Disney parks and 15 mins from the outlets.The staff were super friendly and very helpful.The rooms are a good size with plenty of towels, hot water and regular housekeeping. I particularly liked the fridge in the room and the small pantry area with a separate sink to the bathroom. The hotel is in a busy area, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle and quiet enough to relax and sleep. There is a nice pool area and lots of amenities, we took advantage of being able to do our laundry a couple of times which was super easy and quick. I would recommend staying here and will be sure to return for our next trip, especially for the fresh baked cookies each evening on reception and the great location for the parks! Thankyou, we had a great experience here!

We stayed at this property for 5 nights the only good thing about this place was convenient to visit the Disney parks and had lot of food options around the area. Coming to the breakfast it was average with limited options where menu items except for couple of them were same mostly everyday. Our hotel room service was very bad..rooms were not cleaned on daily basis. Only towels were changed and even the bed was not done or atleast changed even once between our stay there. The coffee pods was not refilled and even the trash was not picked up. The tap was also leaking in the shower which was annoying.
