Service was excellent but we had no hot water at the time we took showers. It came back later on so I am guessing it was rush hour but a hotel should have enough hot water for all! Just for one night is fine! Price was perfect!

Perfect location for myself and my daughters. Chuck E Cheese down the road and a put-put golf course next door. We’ll be back for Spring break since the shuttle runs to Universal Studios.

Clean and great for a simple day/night of rest! Loved the heated swimming pool and knowing there were shuttle options I could potentially use. Parking was nice and convenient, great breakfast options nearby and some plazas/mini golf for fun. Overall room was in great condition and in a great location, not too far from City Walk.

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at before , the view from my window of the city was amazing. The food options were very accessible, the pool is great and the customer service was top tier and would recommend to my friends.

Microwave and Refrigerator
Although the room photos show microwave and refrigerator, actual rooms do not have it- not at least the connecting rooms we had. Moreover the microwave in the reception area was too tiny and not well maintained or cleaned. Room amenities information should be updated and accurate since families with young children depend a lot on such am Otis to store food. Specially when we are staying there for a week!
