Great one night stay at this property!

We stayed at this property for one night while attending our daughter's volleyball tournament. The room was clean and provided the space and things we needed. We shared the 3 bedroom suite with another family. The kitchen had most of the things we needed. The only negative I have to say about this hotel stay was the coffee maker. We had called the day before arrival to see what kind of coffee maker was in the room and we were told a Keurig, so we brought our own coffee pods. Upon arrival, we discovered it was not. There was a coffee maker that used single packets (2 were provided) but it was not enough for all four adults.

We had a 3 BR unit which worked great with our adult kids. Very convenient to have bar, restaurant and store on premises. No problems. Very clean. A few more towels would have been nice.

This place was perfect for what we needed. I loved that we could book a space with two separate bedrooms, kitchen area, living room space and two bathrooms. For the same price as much smaller hotel rooms this was an amazing deal! We loved the resort and pool area, the amenities were great and the location was very close to everything we needed.

Not Worth the Price

The rooms are outdated. For the price we paid, it was not worth the price. We only had one pot, one pan--both small, to cook with. After requesting more, we were brought one additional pot that was even smaller. The water temperature was tepid and made bathing miserable. We also struggled with our luggage because there were no carts when we checked in or out. Finally, there were bugs in the room.

It was just awful. The room we were in was dated, run down and dirty. AC BROKEN- no working screens on patio to vent out room. After stating we booked through 3rd party, we were told they could not change rooms. Shower drain in 2nd Bath was broken/ lifted and caused a hazard. Toilet was broken as well. Poor water drainage and backup. FLOORS-FILTHY new socks thrown away because they were black after 1 hour Master suite- bed skirt- ripped/ dirty- FLOOR- bedroom- damp and worn carpet- GROSS.. when checking beds- rips in sheets- when asked for replacement- house keeping tried to drop off sheets and have us change them… also- blanket- DIRTY and holes- CHECK BEDDING THOROUGHLY- Master bathroom - floor never mopped. One day of house keeping for 6 day stays- disgusting… completely a miss- totally different from when we stayed before pandemic- will not return if policies do not change. Housekeeping was arrogant and did not speak English to communicate with guests. They were mad that we asked for cleanliness and to change sheets.

Avoid!! This hotel is the most filthy, disgusting and cheap place I ever stayed. The room hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. After 2 min walking in the room, all our socks are filthy dirty. Bathrooms and kitchen floors are sticky and disgusting. All the items are extremely cheap and low quality. Coffee tastes like water and dishwasher doesn’t clean and left with residuals. If you need extra items like detergent, they will question why you need so much. They provide only one free clean for our 10 day stay! For the same price, it’s much better stay in Westin and other reputable resort than this cheap place.
