My flight came in late so I called the property to tell them I wouldn’t arrive until about 2 or 3am. When I arrived the staff had given my room to someone else and were fully booked. I had to sleep in a rental car.

The room at this hotel was immaculate and the staff especially Juan, were both friendly and accommodating. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was a great perk. They even arranged for the shuttle to take us to a restaurant for dinner. The only negative I have was there were not enough chairs at the pool and we were unable to sit by the pool. I highly recommend this property especially if you arrive a day early for a cruise as we did.

The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to take care of us. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until 2am. The shuttle was running so we received a free ride from the airport, and the front desk was very friendly and helpful when we arrived at the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was great with more options than I expected. The only comment I have is that some updating may be in order. Everything was very clean and uncluttered. I would definitely go back.
