I will say the resort itself is nice and the staff was great. But the house we stayed in was dirty to the point they gave us a credit. The ac did not work for one day. Could just be the unit we stayed in but it was a little trashed. Before hand we considered buying into the property as an investment but after this prob not.

This was our second year visiting. The floors and counter surfaces in the house were dirty upon arrival. We had problems with the pool, heat that were quickly addressed however. An anti-burglar device jammed the sliding door causing the pool alarm to go off and it took an hour for maintenance to show up to fix it. However, the rest of the stay was very quiet. The houses there are beautiful and the staff is very friendly. Overall a great place to stay but the cleanliness this year was lacking. Could be isolated incident.

Our original house was in the middle of nowhere with co struction going on around and now pool. We were moved to another house but there was a lot of damage, lamps, beds, pool was not clean or filled house itself was not cleaned to a good standard.

This property was really exceptional!! They even upgraded us upon arrival to a bigger house! Everything was clean, my kids loved the waterpark close by…the only complaint I would have is that the patio door alarm was broken which would make the alarm go off every 10 seconds…although someone did come to “fix” it (he only put some tape around it temporarily) the tape eventually came off again making the alarm go off again at all hours of the night. It was eventually fixed by the second to last day of our stay.

Encore Resort was a nice place! We had an issue with our patio door in the middle of the night & maintenance came immediately and fixed the issue! Can’t wait to visit again. They even held our bags until it was time for check-in.

The house was large and spacious, but it was not clear and we reported some things that did not work well and they never managed to repair them. Considering the number of options in Orlando, I probably won't rent here again

Our stay at Encore Resort on Dec 23 2024 until January 7th 2025 was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, the first home they assigned us was unacceptable, so we had to request a different one. The second home was slightly better but still far from what we expected. The house they offered as the "only option available" was filthy despite their promise to clean it. The carpets were extremely dirty, with trash scattered throughout the house, including under the beds. Shockingly, we found packages and even a cigar under one of the beds! An underwear from a past guests was found in the washer! The towels provided were dirty on the very first day, forcing us to wash them ourselves. The same went for the bed sheets—they smelled bad, had hair on them, and were so wrinkled it was obvious they hadn’t been cleaned. The kitchen was also filthy, with dirty floors, grimy cabinets, and even the limited kitchen gadgets provided were in terrible condition. This house was supposed to accommodate around 20 people, yet there weren’t nearly enough kitchen supplies. What little was provided was outdated and unusable. The worst part of our stay was the overall dirtiness. The entire house was so dirty that we were uncomfortable walking barefoot, especially on the carpets in the bedrooms. Encore Resort’s lack of cleanliness and attention to detail made our stay unpleasant and stressful. I would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place.
