Edna was excellent. She made the check in smooth and we was able to even check in early after a long day of traveling. Closely located to great restaurants, art show, lake and grocery store all within walking distance. Breakfast buffet and cocktail hour was a bonus surprise.

Beware of slow elevators!

Elevators are the worst. There was only ONE working elevator. We had to wait forever for an elevator. They have stairs but it leads outside not to the lobby. Very annoying! Walls are paper thin. You will hear your neighbors. I wasnt impressed. The breakfast had lots of options.

Facility very good for people in town for theatre. Easy parking. Breakfast excellent, bar and available food at night very convenient. Facility old but still reflects Embassy Suite characteristics.

The property itselfvwas decent but unfortunately one of the main elevators was not working. There was limited options for lunch or late night dining and no hotel transportation. Lastly I was hit in the arm by the arm for the parking lot while walking by. Luckily it missed my head. Overall not a bad stay just a few inconveniences. If staying downtown I would certainly consider the hotel again.

Typical hotel in the middle of the ghetto. Elevators broke, took anywhere from 10 to 25 minutes to get to the first floor. Buffet not exactly a buffet, patrons have to receive it from servers instead of us being able to get what we want and how much. Staff were friendly don't get this wrong, but this particular Embassy Suites leaves way too much to be desired

So close to being fantastic

The best parts of the stay were the customer service, breakfast, and ‘complimentary’ happy hour. On the outside, the building looks clean, nice, and new. Inside, however, it feels like an older building with older, worn furniture — and the room especially. Clean enough but not spotless. Decent deal on parking considering it’s downtown.

Great room and location

The rooms were very nice, check in was extremely quick and efficient, the bar had a great happy hour for hotel guests. The only negative is the walls are paper thin, I could hear conversations in the next room and people were just talking normally, also lot of outside street noise. Very positive experience overall
