We booked a multi-night stay and on the first night between 2-4 am there such loud music like there was a wild party and it woke my entire family. It is a rough neighborhood so it wasn’t safe to go report it. There was no room clean between days but that is probably a Covid policy so I had to go ask for towels. But this a case of you get what you pay for.

Bathroom was not cleaned before we got in our room. A long hair and a bath scrunchie on the back of the door. Tv broken shut off randomly and the sound would start to pop. Every time we changed the channel the volume would go to mute. The hotel in front of this hotel that shared a driveway had homeless people standing in driveway.

I asked for a refund from Expedia. I felt SO UNSAFE upon arriving here, I chose to go someplace else. This is obviously a place where temporarily unhoused people stay. They should not be renting this property. Do not go here.

This place has the nerve to charge a resort fee..IKYFL!! for what? Hardly a resort! The gentlemen at the front desk was nice and friendly the women not so much I asked if the rooms are non smoking she says they are but we cant enforce it huh?? I digress! My room Was not cleaned and I had no wash cloths I was handed 2 wash cloths which I used to clean the room! I went to Target brought me a set no way I was putting that on my body! I know this is a budget motel but had stayed before years ago and was a pleasant stay but not now no way will I do this again nor recommend this place!

The stay there was horrible I was kept up for the three nights straight because of a domestic dispute going on daily. Front desk and owners were notified daily of disturbances that would go on until 5-6 am. They said they were completely booked and could not move me and my daughter but would give the guest next door a warning. Finally on Sunday the police were called because the woman that was the guest with the male stabbed the male in the head. This trip was for me and my daughter to spend time together and go to universal and island of adventure but unfortunately I had at most 2 hours of sleep while I was there. if you go try not to stay in the back of the building as it is a semi truck stop for diesel semis as well two other hotels back there with a lot of foot traffic and vehicles of individuals that rev engines throughout the night.
