Never again!!

This is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. When we got inside our room it appeared fine a bit outdated but fine. We turned off the lights to put the kids to sleep and once they fell asleep we turned on one of the lights. There were roaches EVERYWHERE! In the bathroom, the tub, the fridge, the table, all around the beds. We were disgusted. I was so scared that they would be crawling over us during the night but it was so late at night to leave. Never again!!

Hotel is filthy

Room was dirty, mold in toilet and in sink. Appeared to be blood on wall. Tub had a hole in it that someone put tape over but didnt fully cover it. Staff is rude.

Check in was fine. When we got to the room i moved a chair and a cockroach ran out. The shower was dirty. There was no remote for the TV, when i went to the front desk to tell the attendant she just kept saying she could not get maintenance on a thursday night? Not sure what that would have done. The breakfast was terrible, just white bread and dognuts. Coffee was not good. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

NASTY AND RUDE!!! NO PLACE FOR KIDS

RUDE STAFF, I NEEDED A ROOM KEY JUST TO GET A 2OZ COFFEE... THEY TREATED ME LIKE I WAS A HOMELESS PERSON TRYING TO GET SOMETHING FOR FREE.... BATHROOMS HAD MOLD AND BURN MARKS, THEY HAD ROACHES AND SHEETS SMELLED HORRIBLE.. I HAD A LITERAL PIMP APPROACH ME SHOWING ME HIS GIRLS HE HAD SMH... WHEN IT WAS TIME TO CHECK OUT THEY CHARGED ME $15 FOR A TOWEL THAT HAD A SMALL AMOUNT OF CEREAL AND MILK FROM MY TWO YEAR OLD. THEY PUT IT IN THE DIRTY CLOTHES TO REWASH TO REUSE AND INSTEAD I ASKED FOR THE TOWEL I HAD JUST PAYED FOR.... KEEP YOUR FAMILY AWAY!!!!

over night service and cleanliness.

I booked here for the night before our disney trip. I have done this for years, staying at off property hotels and then heading into disney the next day. We never pay an insane amount for these off property and I don’t consider myself super hard to please. The over night customer service is terrible. the employee was rude and dismissive. When we finally got to our room, it looked like it had never been cleaned. the bathtub shower was stained brown and the shower head was covered in mildew. I went and took a shower at planetfitness because it seemed cleaner. there were holes in the walls in the bathroom and in the main bedroom. the head boards were dirty, there was hair on the tables, dirt on the floor and part of the door frame was missing. Even if you’re just a road side motel, have some standards. A little cleanliness and customer service would have made this a much better stay.

I only stayed o e night and never go back again. There was people lived there and at night make a lot noise and there smell a lot marajuana. The bathroom is mold everywhere and the beds is not comfortable.
