The initial customer service was good. I expressed concern about the cleanliness of our room and was promised a VIP cleaning the next day. Unfortunately, this didn’t happen. Instead, we only received additional towels, which doesn’t align with the idea of a VIP cleaning.

I didn’t like when you check in they don’t say about the$30 parking fee per day also a fee for using the resort which is pool, gym and restaurant which you have to pay for the food. I found out all this fees after my trip very disappointed

AIRCONDITIONING NIGHTMARE
Front desk staff gave me Wrong information about the location of the event I'm coming to assist and got late because she send me to the wrong building. The worst part was the air conditioning making a super hard noise every 2-3 minutes and making me a headache all night, every night.
