The property has so much potential. Whereas dining and the lobby are stunning, the actual rooms are dirty, musty & had visible mold in the showers. The room smelled like moth balls, and we had 3 other rooms that all smelled and appeared the same. We were supposed to have connecting rooms and did not. We had to move twice due to the booking issues. Staff was super friendly and accommodating and did the best they could with what they had.

The staff was really nice but the check in process was absolutely HORRIBLE! The line reached from the counter to the door. Once I got to the counter, they said only one of the rooms was ready (check in time was 4 but the room wasn't ready until almost 6). I had to get back in a really long line again to get the second room key. The rooms were cleaned in a rush. An empty beer bottle was left behind and the beds were sloppily made. The drapes were filthy and the door creaked every time you opened it. The pool area was nice and relaxing but not enough to make up for the extremely long check in and the poor state of the rooms.

We chose a Hilton over an Inn down the road, to have more comfort and amenities. When we checked in we knew about the room rate +$25 resort fee, we were also told of a $75 per day hold. The room was $90, we have to pay an extra $100 dollars a day. More than the room. We are from the West Coast where these fees have to be disclosed. So we have now spend more over double per day. We get a map and told to walk in the pouring rain in the back of the property. No help, no elevators. To my surprise it was not an enclosed hotel like the “tower” it was an open hotel with no hallways, (just like the less expensive Inn) My clothes were soaked when we got to the hotel room. We turn on the heat, I said I smell something burning. The fire alarms start going off. Turn the heat off. Cold wet and 66 degrees in the room. I grab the blow dryer to dry my hair, covered in dust and gunk. I wouldn’t touch it. My partner sees the security hatch on the door has been completely broken off. It was hanging by a thread and OBVIOUS there was a breaking recently. So we would have had no safety hatch if we stayed there. Of course there had to be a dead bug on the desk. We have had $100 a day added to the room rate and this is the standard of Hilton. After about 4 calls and waiting at the front desk. We did get moved to the “tower” an enclosed hotel. In a suite. There was pubic hair everywhere in the bathroom my partner just took care of it. After a week we still haven’t receive our $75 a day

Very misleading thought I was staying in the actual hotel ended up in some side units. Very dark dingy old plastered walls. Water pressure was terrible half tempted to leave multiple times will never stay again to not recommend.

I stayed in the villas. It reminded me of a cheap motel. I thought I was getting a room in the tower. I was on the first floor, and there was a lizard in my room. The parking was an additional $30/day. I found that to be a ridiculous and unexpected fee. I expected better from the Hilton brand. I was totally disappointed!

This was the lizard that stayed with us. I should’ve asked him to pay the $30/day parking fee!

Amazing amazing resort! Great amenities, friendly staff, clean rooms and dog friendly too! I was able to walk my dog everywhere and he used the bathroom with no issues. Restaurants are so delicious, drinks are on point. Pool is heated and the jacuzzi felt so good. So many fun things and they have everything you need for your vacation. Fast service too. I would recommend to anyone in orlando florida!

We played pool in the lobby area right next to the bar across from the hotel gift store.

Ok, not great.

Motel style hotel. Outdated but some minor upgrades. There is a mini fridge which is nice. There’s a wet bar for some reason? I appreciated that there was no carpet. They made up the room every night- but only put out 2 towels. Be aware of $30 parking per night and $25 resort fee per day. The pools are dated too- fine but not nice.
