We payed the Expedia price for the night, when we arrived we had to pay fees for the night and for parking our cars, a $255 for the night 2 rooms became $600 this is ridiculous. Breakfast is not included. Out of my budget that I had. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Not bad. Quality seems to be dropping a little bit. We stay here every year for seaworld. Easy access to seaworld. Putt putt area was pretty rough. Areas of hotel look a little beat down. Overall great for the price. Nice resort to stay a few days.

Beware of parking
Preston the front desk manager was great getting us checked in and informing us of everything. When we when to go to the room there was no near by parking, cars literally on the grass and medians, so we went back to Preston at the front desk. He was able to relocate us but not at the cost of losing our king bed room, the only one available was in the overcrowded building with no parking. The walkway to seaworld is a good advance and way to avoid paying parking but there needs to be more signage and lights. It was very hard to navigate even during daylight. The room did its job for the night. All together was a good stay.

The rooms need to be updated and properly cleaned. The bathroom was extremely small and I mean small for the size of the room. The shower looked dirty and definitely needed a paint job. Definitely surprised of how the hotel room looked but I’m grateful that I only had to stay one night

The overall stay was fine. It just needs improvements to the villas. They are old and a little musty. The entry door has big gaps in it where little critters can get through. Had a couple come in. Other than that not too bad. Location was great!

This is the second time I’m staying at this property in the last 3 months. The hotel is old and dated. The rooms are musty and the bathrooms flood. There is no elevators on most of the villas, so if you have heavy luggage or in a wheelchair make sure you specify that at check in.

We arrive at the " hotel" that look like a old apartment complex not like the pictures in the app, room was dirty, old and smelly, no cold water in the shower, water was boiling hot, no answer in the front office. We try to call several times, and never get a response. Terribly place.
