Close to Universal, food options on the premises plus a Fridays right across the street ( I didn’t go in though), Orlando international outlet mall is like 10 mins or less away.. Every person who was an overseer/ information (they were in the main lobby with a tablet ) helper were very helpful and courteous to me!! 10 out of 10

Excellent hotel
This hotel should be 4 star it has excellent service very pleasant at front desk I got warm chocolate chip cookies at ck in / clean towels daily lobby had great restaurant with bar/ sorbet stand / gift shop and beautiful courtyard with fire pit. Loved the bridge to Universal I will be back soon thank you Hilton for a great stay
