It was beautiful hotel on stayed for one night but the lobby area was super nice and they had a Starbucks only bad thing is the line for the front desk but if you are a Hilton rewards member (which is free) you can get a digital key so you don’t even need to go to the front desk and u can also check out this is what I always do when I stay at a Hilton hotel and it saves so much time but the front desk gives out warm cookies but you can just go up there and ask for it when it’s not so crowded it was the perfect hotel we walked to universal studios and was about a 15 minute walk so convenient hope this helps !!

The first room they put us in, smelled terrible and moldy, almost like cat pee in the carpet. We went downstairs and talked with the front desk manager, and she rebooked us into an upgraded room a couple of floors up. This room was much better. The room still had stains on the floors and on the bedding, but it was doable. We were very disappointed, our first night there because the hot tub was closed, seemingly for no reason. We booked that particular hotel because it had a hot tub and that was the one night we were going to have time to be in it. It was very disappointing to have these amenities unavailable after paying to stay there. We really liked having pizza place on site and gift shop and ice cream shop. They were very convenient. I want to give a shout out to the front desk manager, Kayla Kriponak , she took care of us and made our stay there much more pleasant because of her we will most likely be back.

I picked this play due to the close distance from Universal. The Universal Desk in the lobby and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to/from the park was excellent. The room was very comfortable, bathroom was clean. The dining options weren’t great but that was my only complaint

My daughter and I were in Orlando for a concert and we stayed here for one night. The hotel is in a great location, right across the street from Universal Studios. Check-in was easy- Diamond was amazing and so helpful! The freshly baked chocolate chip cookies are a nice touch. There’s also a full Starbucks in the hotel which is a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again!
