Typically, If I do not have anything nice to say I will keep it to myself. However, my experience with this place was beyond terrible and safety related so I felt need to share. If I could rate it -10 stars I would. After a very bad flight experience due to weather, and significant flight delays I booked here to rest for a short while before catching the next flight. My flight was delayed over 3 hours, which landed us around 2:30am vs. our original time of 11:30pm. I repeatedly called this hotel and all operators possible to get the message across that I would be landing extremely late but would still be planning to utilize the room. Over 20 phone calls later, there was zero response from anybody at this hotel.
Upon arriving to the hotel around 3:30am, the lobby doors were locked, and the front desk receptionist would not allow me to enter. He spoke to me through a window, and explained to me that they did not have my room available and that I needed to have arrived at an earlier time. I asked if I could enter the lobby while I made phone calls to figure out my safest and easiest plan at this point. He would still not allow me to enter. He would not give me my money back, and he would not connect me with any type of management. The least he could have done was help me find another place to go. This is unacceptable! I hope that no other person has to feel as vulnerable and unsafe as I did. I paid for another Uber back to the airport and slept on the floor.
